This is an example of Celtic jewellery. This is a brooch called the Tara Brooch,

The Celts were very gifted artists. They worked very hard at making detailed pieces. This is s close up of the Tara brooch. This would have taken many hours to make.

Another famous piece of Celtic art is the Ardagh Chalice. This was found by

some young boys diging potatoes in a field in 1868.

This may have been used for drinking from.
