Step 2Type in your FSUID and the password. Click on the Login button.

Step 3 If you are a budget manager for one department / project and you do not have a phone account, the Phone Account List page will be open directly.

If you are a budget manager or more than one department / project or/and you have a phone account, you will see a main menu page. Use the drop down boxes to selecta phone user or budget.

To View the Phone Account List When in the application you can use the menu to search for phone users.

To find all phones on a budget, enter an * in the phone field and choose your department from the drop down list.

Here you can see the list of all the phones associated with this budget.

To Associate a Phone Number with an FSUID

Step 1 Click on the name of the department.

Step 2 Click on Associate Phone Numbers.

Step 3 Find the phone number that you are going to do the association. Click on the [Change Phone User] button.

Step 4 Type in the phone user’s FSUID. If you need to find a FSUID, click the “Find an FSUID on the FSUID Helpdesk Web Page” link on the page to open the FSUID lookup web page.Click on Save Phone User’s FSU ID when complete.

Step 5Click on the [Save Phone User’s FSUID] button. A status message will be provided in the Process Information Column.

Step 6The Office of Telecommunications processes requested changes weekly.  Once the change has been processed by OTC, an Active date will be provided in the column.

To Create a Usage Summary Report

Step1 Click on the Usage Summary Report link on the page.

Step2 Enter the Report Period in format of MM‐YYYY.Example: If you need a report for September 2008, the From field will be 09‐2008.(Reports for multiple months for pooled users and users with rollover minutes will not calculate correctly due to time sensitive data. Report on only one month at a time.)

Step 3Select the department or project from the drop down and click on the [Create Report] button to create a report.

Step 4If you want the printable report, click on the “Printable Report” link on the page.

The report can be sorted by clicking on the underlined column headers.

Step 5To view the pool as a group along with pool members on a different budget click the link with the pool information.

Notice only 3 phones of the 9 pool users are on this budget.

Step 6Now you can see the members sharing minutes with these pool users who are on a different budget.

To Send email to Phone Users

Step 1 Click on the email address of a single user or select the phone users that you want to email to at the “Send Email to Phone Users” column.You can select email of phone users on the Phone Account List page

Step 2Click on the [Send Email] button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3 Fill in the fields of From, Subject, and Message. Then click on the [Preview Email] button.You will see a message page like below.

Step 4Preview the email and click on the [Send Email] Button.

Glossary

Originating Number – This is the phone number of the device that placed the call. On outgoing calls this will be your cell phone. On incoming calls this will be the number that called you.

Terminating Number – This is the phone number of the device that received the call. On outgoing calls this will be the number you called. On incoming calls this will be yourphone. number.

Voiceretrvl – Voice mail retrieval.
