Recently, I visited a Forest, I have never visited before. As I entered the meeting room I felt the warmth of Brothers engaging in love and fel-lowship with one another, a true hidden "gem" in Cedarism. It was at that visit I met an 84 year old, tears in his eyes, he told me how proud he was to meet a STC. He said that he has been a Tall Cedar since 1956 and this was a proud moment for him. Upon returning from that meeting and for several days afterwards, I found myself refl ecting on that entire Forest experience. One of my dearest friends, seeing the smile on my face, told me that I needed that experience. It brought me back to one of my earlier objectives which was a need for more fellowship in the kingdom. So often, our organization puts the emphasis on ritual and pomp and circumstance and forgets that Tall Cedars began with fellowship 2012 is more than half over and so far this year, fi lled with many rewards and a small amount of disappointment. Among the rewards was the Mid-Winter Conference under the direction of PSTC Gareth Diem. Gareth, I truly thank you for your leadership at that event. I thank the SF Board for the approval of allowing me and my clan to the wearing of the kilt. I thank the 2012 committee that funded the Friday entertainment, the hats and the Sunday Worship Service Celtic Strings. In February, our JDSTC and I visited the Grand Masters Conference in Atlanta, GA. With the help of Forest # 181, we presented a table top display of Cedarism. Upon returning from the conference we were in attendance for the re-dedication of the Tall Cedar space at the George Washing-ton Masonic Memorial in Alexandra, VA. We left there and days later presented the fi rst DeMolay PMC MSA award in Virginia. As a note we Tall Cedars sponsor that award. March was an active month beginning with the PA Masonic Congress. Our JDSTC, Supreme Scribe and I were an important part of that congress. The next day we traveled to Mount Vernon to place the Tall Cedar wreath in George Washington's tomb. My thanks to PGM Lee Ferguson and D# 20 for their leadership at that event. Rewards continued in April with the Masonic raising of a Good Will Ambassador Josh Frable and the raising of our current GWA's father Justin Burk. Needless to say I could not wait to make both Josh and Justin Tall Cedars. The events continued in April, fi rst with the Bowling tournament lead by my good friend and Brother Jeff Harman. That event is going to grow! Many "BIG" thanks goes to my son Richard and his committee for an outstanding convention. Rich you were one step ahead of me and made me look good. We all showed our 50's dancing skills Friday night. Can you believe that the band did not take a break and how about that great "down home" buffet. I appreciated PGTC Don Vroom's focus on my football days and even played my school's Alma Mater in the parade. Thank you Don and Helen! Hopefully, you all saw the support the Youth showed the Tall Cedars in the parade. Did you count the --- 120-Strong?

THE ONLY MENTION OF THE DISAPPOINTMENTS WILL BE

LASTLY, MANY THANKS:

- Aides PSTC George and Judy Morgan, we will not forget the work and love you both put into 2012. - To ST Larry and Robin Donis, Chairman of the 2012 Committee and 2012 Committee thank you. To my Family for the daily support, the mowing of grass and the bake goods, we love you all. Nancy thanks for the support, encouragement, the many reminders of events and being my second GPS. Please "Go out and buy another dress".

Richard G. "Dick" Feeser

I am deeply honored to be able to serve our CEDAR Kingdom as your Senior Deputy Supreme Tall Cedar. I thank you for your vote of confi dence in electing me as your Supreme Tall Cedar

for 2013 and I pledge my continued efforts to work with each Forest and its members to accom-plish your goals of making your Forests larger, more serviceable to your community, greater fun for its membership and administratively stronger. I am thrilled to be working together with our S T C “Bud” Willard especially as he em-phasizes our “2012 Growing Greener” Program and as we jointly work together to grow Tall CEDARISM. I want to Congratulate him on a wonderful / successful Convention. I also look forward with great anticipation as we move into our Fall season, especially to the prospect of Instituting 1 or 2 New Forests. I see Tall Cedarism really on the move!! As we move forward into 2013 we have many exciting events & activities planned for our CEDAR KINGDOM. Brother Cedars Have you been attending the meetings of your Blue Lodge? If your answer is in the affi rmative, the next question is: Is your membership growing? If you have a positive answer to this question you are crucial to the expansion of your Forest. New members can only come from our Blue Lodges. We need to make contact with the members of our lodges and ask them to become hewers within our Forests. The Supreme Tall Cedar’s Growing Greener program is an incentive to assist the Forests in gaining new members. If you enjoy the “fun, frolic, and fellowship” found throughout the Cedar Kingdom share it with fellow Master Masons. Continued effort towards improving the Tall Cedar Web Site has been undertaken by the web master. If your Forest has a web site and have not provided the Supreme Forest with a link please do so. You can gain insight regarding the Tall Cedars of Lebanon and many of its more prestigious members. You may be able to learn some new insights by utilizing the web. Go online today and browse the Tall Cedars of Lebanon site. As we begin to bring a close to this year I want to encourage each and every Tall Cedar to consider the possibility of fi lling a leadership role in your Forest. We have Forests that are and have been operating without a full complement of offi cers. If you don’t know what is involved or you don’t know how to go about fi lling of the vital positions in your Forest seek the advice of your Grand Tall Cedar. You may be the key ingredient necessary to keep your Forest moving forward and your efforts will be greatly appreciated. I believe in our fraternity and its tenets of, “fun, frolic, and fellowship”, and our efforts to fi nd a cure for neuromuscular diseases and that we have the ability to strengthen our organization.

BELIEVE AND ACHIEVE.

Larry Donis

As I write this article, Midwinter Conference is past, Convention is past, and the elections are over. The voice of the membership has been heard. The by-law changes that were proposed were either withdrawn or voted down. For the members that did not make the Convention, you missed a good Convention. I would like to say thank you to our Supreme Tall Cedar Bud and his committee for a job well done. To keep you up to date, here is a list of recent happenings:

• We opened the New Tall Cedar Exhibit in the George Washington National Memorial in Alexander, Virginia. • The Board approved to lease a new copier for the offi ce. • The offi ce building has been given a wash- ing and the lighting for the signs in the front of the building has been repaired. • The Board has also given their approval for getting a new program for the membership list and updating the computer system. Currently, we are looking at the possibility of three new Forests; one in Alabama, Missouri and South Carolina. Hopefully this will come to pass this year. As I stated in my opening statement, the mem-bers have spoken, so I wish to extend my thanks to the membership for allowing me to serve as

your Supreme Scribe for the past four years. It has been an experience that I will never forget. To the Scribes, District Deputies STC and to Jan especially, I extend a hardy thank you for mak-ing my job a lot easier. To the Board members and Line Offi cers, past and present, it has been my pleasure to have worked for you and with you through thick and thin. To my successor, I wish you well in the offi ce of Supreme Scribe. I have come to the end of my time. Again let me say thank you for your support. I will still be vigilant of what goes on and I still will be fi ghting for Tall Cedarism.

Bill KlinefelterSupreme Scribe

.... This year was different and challenging for STC Bud. Mid-winter was great with the Pipers and Kilty dress. Hope it brought back memo-ries of Midwinters past. The Memorial Service at Mt Vernon

really had a good program this year and one of the nicest days for this event, no rain, snow or wind. Speaking of days gone by the Rock & Roll party was lots of fun. Thanks to Wildood Mayor Ernie and the Convention Center Staff, they always do a great job. This years Gun Raffl e was very challenging but ap-pears it will be a winner. When you read this it will be after our

next event for Bud, the Ceilidh Celebration and we hope the best to Bud.

The MDA Telethon has

undergone several changes in

the past two years. From a two

day live Jerry Lewis telethon,

to a six hour live telethon

and now to a 3 hour taped

MDA Show of Strength to be

aired on Sunday September

2nd. The local MDA offi ces

will also tape their sessions

and I recommend that the

MD Chairman and Trustee

contact their local MDA

offi ces to determine if they

will be involved in the local

MDA Show of Strength

taping.

Foundation Programs:

We currently have three

Foundation sponsored

programs, Rose, Bear, and

newly the Eat Out. The Rose

program is currently producing

the most donations and is

easy to promote to the public.

For those Forests who are

not currently promoting this

program, I highly recommend

that you order some Roses

and give this program a

try. The Eat Out Program

was started as a Cedar wide

pancake breakfast requested

by the Supreme Tall Cedar to

get the public involved and

then expanded to a week. STC

Bud and I consider the Eat

Out Program a success for

the fi rst try and the Board is

considering having another one

next year. With lessons learned

from the fi rst one, it is believed

that the second one will be a

Hugh success.

Forests still have time to

request that our Ambassador

Hunter A. Burk and his family

visit your Forest. Please

contact his Escort, Paul

Triviets, (610) 670-6086 to

make arrangements for his

visit.

I am ending up my fourth

year as the Chairman of the

Foundation and am leaving

with a hugh smile on my

face. Not because I am happy

to leave, but because of all

the good times I had with

working with all the young

Ambassadors and the members

of both Boards. Don Erb will

be taking over as Chairman of

the Foundation next year and I

wish him all the best.

I wish to personally thank

the three PSTC’s, the STC

and the current and present

members of the TCF Board for

their support during my four

A selection of current research being funded by the Muscular Dystrophy Association

1. Two different drugs that would substitute the naturally occurring muscle protein utrophin for the miss-ing muscle protein dystrophin are being developed for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

2. A phase 1 clinical trial of a drug to treat spinal muscular atrophy, developed by the biotechnology com-pany Repligen, has been given the green light by the U.S. Food and Drug Administra- tion.

3. The race to fi nd drugs to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is making great strides at the MDA-supported ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI), where three compounds that alter the immune system are being fast-tracked through preclinical testing and clinical trials.

4. Biotechnology company Repligen is planning a clinical trial of a drug designed to treat Friedreich's ataxia.

5. Clinical trials of the therapeutic strategy exon skipping continue to show great promise in Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

6. Researchers have uncovered the likely cause of facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy — abnormal production of a protein called DUX4.

7. The MDA DMD Clinical Research Network is developing "outcome measures" for use in measuring the progression of Duchenne muscular dystrophy in children under the age of 3 and in young men with DMD who are no longer walking, so that patients in these categories can be included in clinical trials.

8. MDA has funded the fi rst-ever study of the "cost of illness" in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, some forms of muscular dystrophy and spinal muscular atrophy. This data will be useful when drugs currently under development reach the regulatory approval stage.

9. Isis Pharmaceuticals has announced that its experimental amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) drug ISIS-SOD1-Rx continues to be safe and well-tolerated in people with ALS whose disease is caused by a mutation in the SOD1 gene.

10. MDA is supporting a facility at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C., that can per-form complex testing of experimental treatments in mouse models of several neuromuscular diseases. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) generally requires such testing before new substances can be moved to human trials.

11. Working with mice, 4s3 Bioscience has developed an innovative strategy to replace the defi cient myo-tubularin protein in myotubular myopathy (MTM) — a strategy that could hold promise for other muscle diseases as well. Gene therapy also is showing progress in MTM.

12. A gene therapy trial has shown positive results for limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2D following direct injection into muscle. MDA is now funding the next level of studies to improve delivery to entire limbs.

All members of all forests are equally important in the Cedar kingdom. We have an annual Memorial Service for Supreme Forest Members, but sadly it is attended by only a small fraction of the kingdom and so many do not learn of the passing of these our friends. Our ladies, without whose support, we could not function are justas important. We do not get a report from Supreme about the passing of our ladies so please send that informa-tion to the public relations committee. Some members and some ladies due to what they have done for us have become known well outside of their forest. This will be a regular entry in the Cedar Digest so that all in the kingdom can know of a friend that has passed. ENTERED INTO THE

The Tall Cedars of Lebanon have chosen the Muscular Dystrophy Association as our primary charity. We do not live in a community where MD is the only problem in the mix. The West Chester clowns are regularly brought in to entertain at a number of events that the borough sponsors throughout the year. During the summer months they have Swinging Summer Thurs-days on the fi rst Thursday of the month. It is much like a block party that extends for two blocks in the heart of town.

This year there was a new “Vendor” at the Swinging Summer Thursday. Designing 4 Hope is dedicated to helping critically ill children by giving them dream bed-room makeovers. Their goal is to design and renovate

their rooms providing these children with a special place to rest, recover, heal and dream. Their hope is to help them forget about hospitals, treatments and needles for just a little while. Their website http://designing4hope.com/ gives more information. Since this nonprofi t was only created in 2011, they have not yet had the opportu-nity to help any of our MD children. Since a child can be nominated by anyone, it is possible that one of our kids might receive their aid in the future. The West Chester Clowns chose to pay it forward to this new group and made a presentation of $500. MDA is still our primary charity but our Masonic foundation has us helping the rest of our community too.

End of an era

April 25, 2012 is a date that Spring City Forest No. 34 will remember. The last meeting was held in their building. All of us know the problems, declining membership, aging members and building maintenance costs increasing. Spring City made the decision that it was time to sell the building. Visiting in memory of the many times they had shared fellowship in the building were Supreme Tall Cedar Bud Willard, PSTC Pete Updegraff, PSTC George Morgan and PSTC Jim Reed. Many good memories of Spring City events were recalled. Some of the memories were shared.

Grand Tall Cedar Jesse Miller, also serving as DDSTC, desired to make that night’s meeting different. Finding that there was no offi cial ceremony for a Forest’s last meeting in a building, and there being nothing to say

he couldn’t, created his own ceremony. First to show that Tall Cedars could get something free other than their fi rst rose, he provided dinner, “On the house.” We are all aware how some meetings just seem to go on forever. Not this night. Everything that was needed was covered and then Jesse proceeded with his, “Close the build-ing ceremony.” The two newest members of the forest retired the colors. This was followed by Brother Charles Lawrence retiring the bible. Brother Billy Whitlatch then retired the charter. Finally Brothers Miller, Jesse and Sam, retired the gavel. Retiring the gavel had quite some signifi cance. Jesse Miller as we know is the current Grand Tall Cedar. Sam Miller is the senior surviving Past Grand Tall Cedar, the father of Jesse and is also a Past Supreme Scribe. Father and son, current and senior past Grand Tall Cedars as they retire the gavel is an image I will retain for many years. On September 26th, I expect another night that will give more memories of good fellowship when Jesse has his forest open in its new home, the Royersford Masonic Temple. Hopefully we will share that night with many of our brothers.

To: Mr. Harvey Willard, Jr., Supreme Tall Cedar of North America and the Supreme Forest Board of Directors

From: Ronald L. Cross, P.S.D., Chairman, Supreme Forest Scholarship Committee

Date: April 24, 2012

Ref: Supreme Forest Scholarship Program - 2011/2012

It is again a pleasure to report to you, and the Board of Directors on the 2011/2012 Supreme Forest Scholarship Program.

This year we received 25 applications from members of the Job's Daughters, Rainbow As-semblies, DeMolay Chapters, and from the sons, daughters, grandsons and granddaughters of the Tall Cedars. Twenty-four (24) applications packets were scored by the committee. One application received did not include an offi cial school transcript and it was returned to the applicant with a Jetter of explanation. The applicants were again scored on a scale from one (1) to ten (10), in fi ve areas with the maximum possible score being 50 points, or a total of 150 points from the three judges.

Again this year the competition for the scholarships was intense with 21 of the entries, or 87.5%, obtaining a score in excess of 110 points. It was a pleasure for the Committee and myself to review the applications and to see the high standards and outstanding credentials of the students, who applied. It is apparent that each and every applicant will be a success, in any of their future endeavors.

This year one winner is a member of the DeMolay, one is a member of the Rainbow Girls, and one is grandson of a Tall Cedar. Two winners are graduating Seniors in high school and the third is in her second year of college.

The winners of the 201112012 Scholarship Awards are as follows:

He volunteers at the local Fire Company and his Church Shiloh United Church of Christ. Jared will continue his education at Penn State University, College Park, Pa., where he will study Health and Human Development.

Jennifer Jean Bush 34 Woodland Ave., Mohnton, Pa, 19540. Jennifer is member of Assembly #33 of the Rainbow Girls located in West Reading, Pa., where she has served as Grand Love, Past Grand Charity, and Grand Cross of Color. She also is a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. In High School she had a excellent resume involving Orchestra, Student Government, National Honor Society. As a 2rd year student at Elizabethtown College she is a member of Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society for First Year Students, President of the Orchestra, Assistant Concertmaster, Presidential Scholar, Dean List and received the Presidents Volunteer Service Award, while maintaining a 3.99 GPA out of a 4.0.

Award letters will be forwarded to all winners. We understand that it is diffi cult to get a Supreme Forest Offi cer or representative to be at either the school awards ceremony or graduation for the SChool, to formally present the Supreme Forest Scholarship, due to current school policies. We would suggest that the announcement be made at the awards ceremony, and that the winner should be invited to the closest Tall Cedar meeting, and make the presentation, take photos, to be placed into a local newspaper. Letters will be forwarded to all applicants acknowledging their application, informing them of the winners and inviting them to reapply in the future.

The volume of the applicants decreased this year over last year, but is still down compared to the early years. However we would again suggest that the Forests be encouraged to promote the Scholarship program at their meetings, in their publications and by supplying the Scholarship information to the Guidance Counselors in the local school systems. The District Deputies STC's should be encouraged to speak on the Scholarship program when they visit the Forests. We understand that the application now can be obtained on line or from the Supreme Forest Offi ce.

On behalf of the Scholarship Committee, it is indeed a pleasure to serve the Tall Cedars Scholarship Program and as Chairman to assist in identifying the worthy individuals selected for the Scholarship A wards. It is our sincere hope that the existing program will be continued and enlarged in future years and will provide assistance for college tuition to qualifi ed Masonic Youth, and that the Tall Cedars of North America will gain additional positive exposure.

Since 1995 the Supreme Forest of the Tall Cedars of Lebanon have been granting Masonic Youth Scholarships. The program is open to the sons, daughters, grandsons and grand-

daughters of Tall Cedars and to members of DeMolay, Jobs Daughters and Rainbow Girls. Each applicant is reviewed and judged on Academics, Honors, Extra-Curricular Activities, References, Financial Need and the Reviewer’s Overall Rating. In 1996 the Scholarship Committee was approved as a standing committee. The four member Committee is com-prised of qualifi ed educated Tall Cedars including a former High School Principal and former High School Guidance Counselor. Starting in 1996 with two (2) scholarships in the amount of $1,000.00 the number was increased to fi ve in 1997. In 2000 the number was reduced to three (3) and has remained at that number ever since. Since its inception the program has awarded a total of $58,000.00 in Tall Cedar Scholarships. There have been fi fty-nine scholarships awarded. In 2006 there was a tie for third place and the Supreme Board of Directors approved the Committee’s proposal that the amount be split thus scholarships in the amount of $500.00 each were awarded. On another occasion a tie was reached for second place and each of those students were awarded $1,000.00. Female applicants have led the gender of the winners with 37; while there have been 22 males. The sons, daughters, grandsons and granddaughters of Tall Cedars have claimed the most awards with forty (40). Members of the Masonic Youth organizations have received sixteen (16) scholarships. Three of the winners have had dual sponsorship. Graduating High School Seniors have garnered fi fty (50) of the awards with nine (9) having been won by col-lege students. In at least one instance the son and daughter of the same Tall Cedar has been the recipient in two different years. Over the years the numbers of applications received by the Committee has varied from a high of fi fty-two (52) to a low of twenty-two (22). Pennsylvania students have received the most scholarships with a total of thirty-seven (37). Maryland students have collected ten (10), New Jersey applicants have won four (4), three have been awarded to Con-necticut students while Virginia, Tennessee, Oklahoma and New York students have each won one (1). The Committee would like to receive more applications. Each Tall Cedar can assist this program by informing the students in their family about the scholarships and by pro-moting the program at their Forest. Visit the Masonic Youth Organizations in your area and make sure they are aware of the Tall Cedar Scholarship program. Masonic Youth Organiza-tions would welcome a visit from a Tall Cedar, certainly one with an important message on scholarship opportunities. Scholarship applications can be secured by contacting the Supreme Forest Offi ce or by down loading an application from the Supreme Forest Website: www.tallcedars.org

A Rose – Why a Rose? hy do we Tall Cedars have “Rose Sales”? What is the signifi cance of the rose? I would like to thank Lake Forest No. 200 for researching and posting the history of the Tall Cedar Rose. We have gone through many roses and raised many dollars for our char-ity with this program. In 1979, Essex Forest No. 8 established the Rose Program as a new fundraiser for the Tall Cedars. A total of $5,261,26 was raised that fi rst year. "Roses Against Muscular Dystrophy" was adopted as a national program and offered on street corners and at special events of the Forests. The Rose Program remains much the same today. Over the years, the Rose has become the signature of a Tall Cedar and the Tall Cedar's purpose to fi nd a cure for neuromuscular diseases. We wear the rose as a reminder of our commitment to be there for the Kids to the end.

We heard there was going to be a parade in Williamsport, PA. Why and where is that? Really? That’s a long way to go just for a parade. We’re going to honor who? Who is Carl Stotz? Well, let me tell you a story, no not a man named Jed, Carl Stotz! In 1938, our masonic brother, Carl Stotz had an idea. He got his nephews, their neigh-bors and their friends together to play baseball, junior sized. He decreased the size of the fi eld and helped these young boys to have fun with baseball that had rules modifi ed for their age and size. Next year he went out to get donations from local businesses to sponsor the three teams. Little league baseball had been born. Many of you know that there is a Little League World Series held every year. They hold it in Williamsport Pennsylvania, the home of Carl Stotz and Little League Baseball. The parade is usually at least two hours long and has gone on for more than four hours in some years. The Freemasons have a large segment in the parade to honor one of their own that helped many boys become good honorable men. This year, the Grand Master of Pennsylva-nia Freemasons, RWGM Jay Smith led off our section. His color guard was from Baltimore Forest No. 45. They were followed by a good showing of members of the Grand Lodge. The Tall Cedars had a fl atbed trailer that seated our Supreme Line, members of many forests (I don’t want to slight anyone but I’m not sure where all were from). At the head of the trailer sat the Studlack family. Colin was our Goodwill Ambassador last year. Susquehanna Forest had some of their “Model T” go carts. We fi elded seven of our clowns too. The William-sport local lodges also had a full fl atbead of masons. Another large group from the Scottish Rite. Then there were the Shriners. Irem had their string band on their fl atbed and Jafa had some of their “Little Corvettes.” When we fi nally rolled through town and yes it is a rather long route, the crowd was won-derful. Both sides of the street were lined fi ve deep with no real gaps. They were thrilled to see us. Yes, they knew we were there to honor one of our own. But he was one of theirs too. And what Carl had created only 74 years ago has spread around the world. Now it brings the world to his home, their home, every year to watch some of the best young baseball players and their teams. It was a wonderful parade and the downpour just really didn’t matter. Williamsport loves what a Freemason did and they are happy to see us. The middle of August 2013 will be open on my calendar so I can return. Hope to see you there.

A First in Virginia Masonry…A First in Virginia Masonry…

On Thursday February 23, 2012, a presentation was made at a DeMolay meeting which turns out to be the fi rst

time this presentation has been made in Virginia Masonry.

The Tall Cedars of Lebanon Mariners Forest No. 147 and the Tidewater Chapter of DeMolay made history that evening by presenting Thomas Guss with the Past Master Councilor’s Meritorious Service Award. Thomas Guss met all of the requirements for this award.

The Tall Cedars of Lebanon, the underwriter's, presented this award to a very deserving DeMolay. In attendance that evening were the Supreme Tall Cedar, Brother Harvey “Bud” Willard and First Lady Nancy along with the Aide to the Supreme Tall Cedar, Brother George Morgan and his wife. Mariners Forest No. 147 Grand Tall Cedar J.

Richard Rawls, Senior Deputy Grand Tall Cedar Patrick Murphrey and Junior Deputy Grand Tall Cedar Jeremy Utt conducted the presentation ceremony and presented Thomas Guss his Past Master Councilor’s Meritorious Service Award Jewel. The Tall Cedars of Lebanon also presented to the current Master Councilor of Tidewater DeMolay, Tyler Jeffries, a Certifi cate in recognition of this event. The Supreme Tall Cedar, Brother Bud Willard remarked that he made the trip from Pennsylvania to attend this event to show his support to our Youth Organizations as well as wanting to be a part of this fi rst time event in Virginia. Tall Cedars records show that this award had not previously been presented by a Virginia Tall Cedars Forest to a DeMolay Chapter member in the history of the Tall Cedars. If you would like more information about the Tall Cedars or the DeMolay, please look us up on the web or talk with your local Forests or Chapters.

For the 3rd year in a row Westmoreland DeMolay, Irwin Rainbow and West-moreland Forest 77 Tall Ce-dars teamed up to be part of the 2012 Muscle Walk for Muscular Dystrophy. They

raised $375.09 that was turned in to M.D. and then walked around the mall. As you can see the kids and adults are all showing their muscles for M.D. Westmoreland DeMolay and Irwin Rainbow will be passing out roses for MD later this year. It is great seeing our young people coming out to raise money to help The Muscular Dystrophy Association research fi nd a cure for the M.D.
