Celebrate Easter with the Library & Museum Have some unique and creative Easter fun! Easter Pet Costume Contest Snap a photo of your pet wearing an Easter costume. Beginning March 15, click here to fill out the entry form on the Friends of the Library & Museum website to enter the contest. Entry details will be on the website. Only one pet photo per family. Submissions will be accepted March 15–31 or until 100 entries are received. Winners will be notified by April 3. Jelly Bean & Easter Egg Counting Contest From March 15–31, library and museum patrons will get to guess how many jelly beans and Easter Eggs are in each of two jars—one will be in the children’s room at Bemis Public Library and the other will be at the reception desk at the Littleton Museum. Winners will receive gift certificates to local businesses. ConnectGens Journal The library is offering a unique tool to foster connections between family, friends and community members across all ages. Tell your generational stories through writing, drawings or photographs. By sharing experiences, we find commonalities and discover strengths in others that help us understand the past and appreciate the present. Beginning March 1, click here or call the library at 303-795-3961 to register for your intergenerational ConnectGens Journal and pen set. Then, stop by the library to pick up the journal, pen set and directions sheet at the Information Desk. Offer good while supplies last. Mon-Fri, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. / Sat, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. / Sun, ClosedOnline Chat Reference service is available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–noon.Patrons must wear a mask or face covering while at the library.Building capacity is limited to 50 people. Once capacity has been reached, aone-out-one-in policy will be implemented.
