CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR TERMS AND CONDITIONSThese terms and conditions aim to protect all parties through a better understanding ofcontractual and legal obligations of both the client and venue when confirming a booking.

Bookings/Reservations

a) Once a provisional booking is placed a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required within ten working daysto secure the booking. Provisional bookings will be cancelled after ten days should the deposit not be received.

b) PLEASE NOTE - ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

c) Full pre-payment and final numbers are required by 1st October 2018.

d) Dietary requirements and wine pre-orders are required no later than 14 days prior to the event.

e) Any variation in booking, guest numbers and/or arrangements must be confirmed to the Hotel in writing.

c) If credit is allowed, payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

d) A 2.5% per month interest charge will be added to amounts unpaid afterthis date unless special terms have been agreed with Rockliffe Hall.

e) Credit card, cheque or cash are accepted.

f) Only one payment per party is accepted.

g) All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to the rate in operation at the time of the function.

h) All payments are non-refundable.

i) A 25% deposit is required for all residential packages at time of booking.

General regulations

Specified dress code applies - Smart attire including collared shirts or jackets for gentlemen, no sportswear, trainers, or jeans.Rockliffe Hall reserves the right to refuse entry if the dress code is not followed. Guests using the facilities of Rockliffe Hallmust comply with all regulations concerning licensing, fire, health and safety. Hazardous or dangerous items may not bebrought into Rockliffe Hall without prior permission. It is the responsibility of the third party to provide all risk assessments andinsurance for all activities conducted on site, all must be provided on request.

Guests may not consume food and drink on the premises not supplied by Rockliffe Hall. Rockliffe Hall will be liable to you andyour guests for injury or loss and damage only where and to the extent we have been negligent. Otherwise there shall be noliability whatsoever. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the security of your property, though we will do our utmostto look after it. You will be held liable for any loss or damage to Rockliffe Hall’s property and fittings (including any items hiredby us for your use), or for injury to anyone including Rockliffe Hall’s staff arising as a consequence of this booking. RockliffeHall reserves the right to charge for any additional services requested during the event if you do not adhere to agreed timings.Rockliffe Hall strongly recommends taking out adequate insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other liabilities. Allconditions are subject to the law of England and Wales. Rockliffe Hall reserves the right to change or alter your booking. Pleasenote that all menus printed are subject to change. Table configurations can be requested, but not guaranteed.
