Cedar Meadows A typical day at Cedar Meadows begins with a ride up the Alpine Express. At the top, the air is crisp and cool, and the view is unlike anything you have ever seen. The deep, dark blue of the sky provides a stark contrast to the line of white at the horizon, where snow divides the lake and the sky. You push off and begin your descent, trailing a wake of powder. The snow beneath your skis is so dry it squeaks. You do not really care where you are going or how you get there. The important thing is that you are here.
