MAGNIFICENT GUEST ROOMS

Preferential accommodation rates are available to allguests attending a wedding at the Cedar Court Hotel.These rates are for the night of the wedding, howevershould your guests wish to make a long weekend of itthen these rates may apply to the night before or thenight after, subject to availability.

Each guest room has an ensuite bathroom with a bathand shower facilities and all have either a double bed ortwin beds. We have a small number of inter-connectingrooms to accommodate for families.

To make your wedding night even more memorablewhy not upgrade to our Yorkshire Rose Suite. Havingundergone a 20,000 refurbishment the Yorkshire RoseSuite provides everything you need for a truly memorablestay.

HOW TO BOOK

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS

Having decided upon a date, chosen your suite and discussed your individualrequirements with our wedding co-ordinator you are now ready to make aprovisional booking. We will hold your date for 14 days after the provisional

booking is made. No financial commitment is required at this stage.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

To secure your date, you will need to confirm your booking within 14 days byproviding a deposit of 500. This is non-transferable or refundable. You will

then receive an event agreement which you need to sign and return within14 days. This will fully secure your booking.

Please note a further 250.00 will be required 6 months prior to your wedding dayand then a further 250.00 will be required 3 months prior to your wedding day.

The hotel reserves the right to to release any provisional bookings if a deposit isnot made within the given timescale. You will be contacted at this time to see if

you would still like to proceed with your booking.

FINAL DETAILS

Approximately 4 weeks before your wedding you will need to make an appointmentto see the wedding co-ordinator who will then send you your final event agreement

along with a pro-forma invoice. Full payment of your wedding is due14 days prior to your wedding day. Please note all monies are non refundable

or transferable. Any further changes must be advised within 7 daysprior to the wedding.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made in writing to the hotel. Regrettably, any moneyalready paid is non refundable or transferable. Cancellation charges will apply -

please see your event agreement for full details.
