Lead acquisition/management at standThe electronic acquisition and administration of visitor data allows exhibitors to make the most of their trade fair participation and optimal use of their resources. This data is taken by scanning the barcode on the visitor admission tickets during official registration at the stand. The electronic archiving of business cards also remains an option.

■ Medium Version: You will receive the necessary database software for the administration of data relating to the (potential) customers you have invited to the trade show. In addition, you will receive mobile device software which will enable you to scan the ticket codes, transfer the ticket registration data to the database and analyze contact reports and supplementary information via various mobile devices.
