Practical arrangements for dismantling

• No dismantling on Thursday 23 May in the evening• Only products at risk of theft may be removed• Dismantling starts on Friday 24 May at 07:00• Dismantling cards will be sent by email

Arrangements

• Cebeo offers daily cleaning of the common parts and stands + garbagecollection by Sanivest

• Catering offered by Cebeo• Alcohol can be offered from 17:00• Catering on your stand is allowed: only drinks and snacks• Music is allowed but think about your neighbours

Arrangements

• Stand staff• Separate pre registration and separate desk on site• No registration on Cebeo website• Access to the exhibition from 13:00 (9:00 on Wednesday)

• No bannering/flyering outside your own stand• No bannering/flyering outside the exhibition• No receptions/events on your stand
