I like this CD cover as it is very simple. People will remember it easily as it is bright and is quite ironic. The band doesn’t appear on the cover. If they were, having ‘no cover art’ written on it would not have the same effect and the CD cover wouldn’t make sense. The cover could be seen as laziness because it is so simple but on the other hand it could be seen as genius because it is so simple but so clever.

Hard-Fi CD cover

This CD cover appeals to me as it is bright and retro. This CD cover is also very simple and effective, like the Hard-Fi CD cover. The use of Calvin Harris’s face in the middle of the cover draws attention to it. The album is called ‘I Created Disco’. The bright colours and the wearing of funky glasses can be related to what discos can be like. I like this as it implies that he is the creator of the modern disco normalities.

Kanye West CD cover

This CD cover is bright, colourful and includes quite random artwork. People enjoy eye catching and colourful images so this would appeal to a large audience. The image doesn’t include Kanye West in it, but the bear represents him as it is wearing the clothes he wears and is wearing the necklace he wears.

Pendulum CD cover

This CD cover is attractive because of itscolour. There are many different, bright colours on the cover and this may attract peoplesattention towards it. The cover is a bit random asit doesn’t reflect any of the titles of songs in thealbum.
