Abhijeet is working with JFl since Jul 2012 as a Sr Executive in Transaction Team. A big year for the Transaction Team as the team launched 2 big projects of BCC and Single No Helpdesk for Finance & Accounts. Time and again these two projects were coming in demand by Sr Management and Restaurants as these projects were proved to be a helpline and making the life easier at restaurants. To achieve this milestone, Abhijeet remained one of the key contributor and follower. Abhijeet is found to take smart approach in scheduling his routine activities which helps his team in delivering the quality services. Abhijeet has also made exceptional efforts in controlling the payments. . He managed the workload with great enthusiasm and has proved to be the wonderful asset for JFL. Some of the major key achievements throughout FY14-15 are:"Contributed in Cost Savings: Abhijeet was responsible for making utility payments for all restaurants before the BCC was launched. He hold the double payments related to store & region through proper Checking. Bills Amounting approx. 80 Lacs were put on hold. He thoroughly reviewed all employee policies and was able to recover approx. 1.35 Lakhs which was excess claimed in Employee Reimbursements. Forge bills presented for the payments has been put on hold and Reported top Management in which the employees tempered the bills for Excessive Claims as well as they had claimed the same bill twice."A Great need of Makeline Process: This means the resources In Transaction team were set in a make line process so that, if any resource is on leave or not available in office due to any reason , the work should not get hampered. All the payments are done with proper Implementation of Makeline concept. Given extra time & leverage to booking team through adhering all the policies and agreement following the process and implementing the process over the regions & Vendors.

Launching BCC (Bill Collection Centre): A dream project for F & A was launched this year. A single solution for multiple problems. All the utility bills of restaurants like petrol, electricity & LPG were earlier coming through a long way to corporate office for payments, with BCC coming in it has resolved multiple issues of restaurants now they can easily track the payments.

Abhijeet Played a Key role in launching BCC to stablize the process.*Preperation and validation of Invoice Master database which was incorporated in BCC. *Conducting Various training to educate the GDM for the process along with the manual to understand the gaps of GDM and resolve them over the training Conduct training fro Jaipur, Goa. Ensurung timely and accurately payment during BCC implementation instead of various intial challenges Taken lead in JFL Accounts clarification Queue, guided and trained Source HOV team so that they can understood the JFL requirement and well aware the process.*Understanding the GAP between JFL & Souirce HOV by visiting Chennai for 15 Days and provide all the possible learnings to the Chennai Team.*Supported them to make this process simple & Clear for GDM as well as for JFLAbhijjet is a great Team Worker. That he proves by ensuring the completeness of work in the absence of any team member.

Sujit is associated with JFL since 4 years back and he is working as a Sr.Executive in Finance & Accounts. He is part of Cashless Team and takes care of Various Restaurants Cash Pickups, Sodexho/Accor and Audits in Cashless Team. Very Critical department as there is direct dealing in Cash Matters .Last year was a bit tough for the team as one of the key resource was moved to MIS Team and another one resigned, that put alot of pressure on the Team to manage the huge lot of workload with limited resources. It was challenging and a big reason of worry whether this senior executive will be able to manage the workload of two resources (M3-M4) Level. Sujit, the Rockstar, has the ability to take up the responsibility and has proved his determination to deal with problems and difficult situations. Sujit ensures that whatever task is assigned to him is executed in the best manner to the perfection and with enthusiasmSuperb Results in Cost Savings:Reduction in Commissions: For Guests convenience , We have installed machines to swipe payment so that there is no limitation to pay bill through Cash at the restaurants. These machines are installed by Axis & HDFC Banks and earlier it was through IDBI. We pay them the commission charges. Sujit was actively involved in doing negotiation with these bankers to reduce the commission rates. His Monthly tracking of Bank charges has helped us to decide the share of business for each Bank and hence saving of Rs 30 lacs approx.Savings in Cash Pickups: Sujit was always on radar and ensured that the Cash is deposited in Banks well within time and there are no hurdles in between. He does consistent Follow-ups with Restaurants to ensure they adhere on the timelines. A guy visits every restaurant to do the Cash Pickup everyday, despite of increase in diesel/petrol rates, Sujit ensured that the pickup costs are not increased.

Pine labs EDC machines installed : With the Existing machines we pay a huge bill on Telephone Lines as these machines are operated through it and incurs a huge cost. Sujit has helped replacing the old ones to the new machines which have no relevance to Telephone cost. New machines were installed in (Approx. 1000 number) across all restaurants All India Sujit effortlessly got it done, with Operations team support, within predefined timelines and without any escalation received for changeover process.Going beyond his KRA: Sujit supported the team by handling his tasks also like Corp sales reco, Sales of coupons accounting, DLF reco etc.Sujit has made sure that for each and every new restaurant being opened, all the related tasks like Cash pick up, Sodexho, Accor registration , EDC machine installation information is sent to the respective vendor for the same in due time and also ensured that there are not delays in this process. Efficiently handling and closing Statutory audit in line with the timelines for this huge area of cashless with 978 restaurant GLs. Sujit did the restaurant visits to ensure the controls efficacy and also provided training on the controls and processes through GDMIP to GDM's. These visits, trainings and feedbacks from Ops team have helped us to minimize the process related errors. Consistently ensuring the status of Zero o/s at every Financial Year end year after Year for his region, Sujit has been sharing Reconciliations before 15th of Every months & taking justifications through Online Module of SRS. During all this period Sujit has proved himself as on excellent resource capable of taking responsibilities and handling multiple tasks at a time and proving his passion for work.

Ritesh has joined JFL last year on 7th Feb 2014 as lead of Mobile Commerce. Bringing Ritesh in JFL was absolutely a great decision. In a very short span of time, he has worked with full dedication and has benefited JFL by bringing new technologies in Mobile commerce. Time to time it is very important to keep updating our Technologies to bring more revenue through this Platform. Ritesh has done a Commendable job by using his Technical acumen. Despite of the fact that, his new boss was hired on later part of the year. He himself was so passionate to discover new changes without Boss. Some of his major Key Achievements are as follows:-A Must Need to improve Current Mobile Apps/ Site: There were challenges in the current Mobile Site like it was not delivering PIN to the customers due to which the orders were getting dropped, application was getting crashed on big days like BOGO etc. Ritesh worked on key failure points, and done system improvements which has given extremely fruitful results.

Mobile Contribution Increased from 17-18% to 28-30% Mobile Site/Apps started working on big days like BOGO.Highest ever sale through this application on 31st Dec 2014

Growing Business through Affiliates: While we all are working on how to increase Sales, how to generate more revenue. Ritesh have worked with more extra efforts and dealt with various affiliates like Food Panda, Tasty Khana, Just Dial and Just Eat to get maximum benefit out of them .Apart from Dominos Site, Customer can order through these affiliates. He has done integration and have given various training to their Teams so that they can understand JFL Technology and bring in more sales and new customers. Other big brand like Zomato, Snap deal are in Pipeline. Benefits at a glance:- Sale increased as these affiliates also provides further discounts over and above Dominos Discount and runs various offers which attract the customers and they place order.Through these affiliates we are getting approx. 4000-5000 new customers every month.

Worked on Common Bridge API's: API's synonyms can be Translator, It is a technical term used for Bridge between two systems, like JFL has different codes for understanding system language and other companies use different code. To understand the system better API's are used as base for Facebook Application, Mobile Application and Tablet Applications, Voice Ordering and shortly will be extended to Kiosks. There were hurdles as the coding's were incomplete which was a major blocker for any application to go live. Ritesh has exhausted his Day & Nights working with various teams (6-7 Teams at a time) to identify their needs and then enhance the API's which could meet their needs. API's were approved through Security Team. The core objective achieved was secured and reliable coding which should not create any hurdles in bringing more business.

Facebook Application:Social Media plays a significant role in running the business. Our Customers are connected with us and we update them by posting our Mouth-watering Pizza's. JFL would really not like to entertain any gaps in getting connected to the customers. Ritesh has sorted out all the challenges we had with Facebook Applications so that we are regular in Social Media.

Exploring New Technology: Ritesh has also worked hard on New Mobile and Tablet Application: Building mobile application (Android, IPhone, Windows and Mobile Site) on Worklight Platform

Avijit has joined JFL in 2009 and is working as Manager in Taxation Team. "To win in the company you must first win in your work area.” Avijit was handling entire Srilanka Operations and after smooth lining everything he came back in Finance Team to take charge of Taxation department because he has strong believe that he can prove wonders here too. He was quite appreciated for handling our business in Srilanka. Avijit holds high regard because he has created high benchmarks for other employees with his high quality work. He is a kind of person who loves taking challenges and new roles and comes out as winner time and again. His approach to strengthen the process by way of automation and making it user friendly makes him league apart. He has always given a consistent performance. Some of the major key achievements throughout last year are: A HUGE EBIDTA CONTRIBUTION: Tax on Civil Bills Using his Technical expertise, Avijit has done a wonderful job in tax Optimization on Civil work. Last year was a big year in terms of creating lifelong value for JFL. Construction of Four big commissaries and 159 Restaurants. He realized that we can segregate the civil work bills in such a way which should be in a win situation for both. Our Business Partner & JFL. He was able to convince most of the Vendors to get the invoice wherein our Tax Liability is less (like earlier we were paying Tax on 70% now we pay only on 40% only. It was not so easy, Avijit convinced their CA’s, spoke to consultants and finally got this done. He realized saving of Rs. 45 lacs for the organization Savings on Octroi Cost (West Region): We were paying Rs. 105 per restaurant per commissary. He Managed to cover all the restaurant in rows with single Octroi Form which brought in saving in to the tune of Rs. 30 lacs. Savings of 2% Commission which we were paying to vendor for raising Octroi Form.All this is being done without any increase in workload.

Savings on LBT (Local Body Tax in West): He critically analyzed G&A cost and challenged the existing consultant (handling LBT in west) on cost benefit parameter and brought in new consultant with more effectiveness at a substantially reduced pricing. This effort resulted in annualized cost saving of approx. Rs. 4 lacs

 Improved Process Significantly: Service Tax- As we all are aware that Service Tax has been increased from 12.36% to 14%, It is very important that we do correct booking take optimum benefit out of it. Avijit has enabled a functionality within system itself so that Tax Liability & Credit are calculated automatically. By Automating this Function he saved cost of a Temp resource (His Monthly Salary Approx. 25 thousand per month)

Avijit clearly understand the power of training to ensure correctness at the very first step, hence he gave multiple training to transaction team which resulted in correctness of invoices at source on which credit worth Rs. 80 lacs is takenAvijit leveraged OTM software to automate LBT and Octroi working and thereby saving on additional time, money and efforts on new software which was pre-approved by management. Saving on new software cost approx. Rs. 4 Lacs

Control & Compliances: Avijit made Local Body Tax (LBT, a new levy in the state of Maharashtra at municipal level) area 100% compliant even in respect of past periods and got Trade License for Vasai Commissary to entitle JFL to pay LBT only on 10% value of purchases (instead of 100%) in Vasai Virar Municipal areaService Tax become applicable on JFL from 1st April, 2013 on full-fledged basis with annual service tax liability worth Rs. 106 Cr. and Cenvat Credit Rs. 14 Cr. Therefore audit conducted by Service Tax Department for FY 13-14 was very crucial and risky but Avijit handled it very diligently and came out with NIL demand from that audit which is very commendable. Went out of the box: Since there were some key resource attritions in F & A last year. Avijit going beyond his KRA has demonstrated a superb result. Tasks such as “Preparation of Finance G&A Budget”, “Preparation of Rent and Service Tax Rent Budget” and “Preparation of Annexure 2 for Tax Audit Report” clearly describes his ability to accept new challenges and come out successfully
