MONDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER 2020 AUSTRALIA – NEW YORK Depart Sydney on Qantas flight QF11 at 9:50am or depart Brisbane on Qantas flight QF15 at 10:00am direct to Los Angeles. Once both flights clear immigration in Los Angeles they will connect with QF11 on to New York. On arrival you will be transferred by private coach to The Sheraton Times Square, where you will spend the following four nights. After settling in, a welcome happy hour will take place at Rosie O’Grady’s, just across the road from our hotel. TUESDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER 2020 NEW YORK CITY INDUSTRY TOUR Today the group will enjoy a sightseeing tour of this AMAZING city taking in such highlights as Central Park, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Plaza, Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, Wall Street and of course the One World Trade Center – the site of the former World Trade Centre. As part of today’s trip, we will visit several New York Sports Bars to learn about the local operations, betting systems, etc. A group dinner will take place this evening at Red Eye Grill one of New York’s leading Brasseries opposite Carnegie Hall WEDNESDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER 2020 NEW YORK CLUBS INSPECTION Today we have coordinated inspections of 2 of New York’s leading private clubs - The New York Athletic Club, located on Central Park South, and The Yale Club, both are within walking distance of our hotel. The NYAC has developed some of the USA’s Olympians through their training program. They also have an accommodation wing, function space, indoor Olympic pool, basketball court and full gym facilities. The Yale Club, with past president members such as Bill Clinton, George Bush & George W. Bush We will be dividing the group into two parties and you will be informed which club you will be visiting on arrival into New York. These inspections will take approximately two hours. The remainder of today and this evening is free to enjoy New York at your leisure. THURSDAY 1ST OCTOBER 2020 LEISURE DAY / OPTIONAL VISIT TO SANDS CASINO Today you have the choice of a day at leisure to enjoy New York City, or to go and visit the recently rebranded “Wind Creek Bethlehem”, formerly Sands Casino. Wind Creek Bethlehem offers many unique game themes and Jackpot progressive machines. A large variety of exciting multi-line, multi-coin, interactive bonus screen games are also offered. On arrival you will be transferred to the five-star Wynn Hotel & Casino where you will spend the following four nights in a luxury suite. This evening the first industry networking event will take place & all registration badges will be distributed for the G2E Conference and Expo.
