Aim of CCD

To identify an individuals professional and career development needs and in doing so enable them to keep pace with the changes in their working environment and within the Contact Centre community

Who can Participate?

All current and emerging Contact Centre professionals who are members of (or employed by) financial member organisations

CCD Associates Designed for Team Leaders, emerging leaders or those whose career aspirations include Contact Centre leadership/management Need 75 points over 3 years (min of 15 a year)Points earned on a “Rolling” 3 year basisMinimum of 40% of points in any year (over a 3 year cycle) must be achieved through a PSP

CCD Fellows

Designed for Current Contact Centre Managers or ExecutivesNeed 100 points over 3 years (min of 20 a year)Points earned on a “Rolling” 3 year basisMinimum of 40% of points in any year (over a 3 year cycle) must be achieved through a PSP

Recognition of Prior Learning

Offered to help you achieve recognition in the first year

Independently supervised/monitoredWill recognise activity over last 3 yearsRPL available in first year only

Personal Study Programme (PSP)Participants required to design, submit and undertake their own tailored Personal Study Program (PSP)Must be “Structured” (i.e. have a clear aim, objective/s and a logical framework)Must be relevant to their Call Centre career aspirations

Investment

• Associate annual membership Fee - $90

• Fellow annual membership fee - $100

• Fees inclusive of GST and are payable on renewal date each year

• CCD fees can be claimed as a personal work related expense on your tax return

for CCD (you will need your employers ATA number)

• Submit your RPL application

• Register your “PSP”
