A more global License より国際的なライセンスに

•  Ready-to-use around the world without “porting”

•  各国の法制度にカスタマイズすることなく（ポーティングすることなく）、利用可能に

•  Official translations of the CCL •  公式翻訳の採用

•  not “porting” but “official translation” •  ポーティングではなく公式翻訳で

Rights outside the scope of © 著作権の範囲外の権利

•  Datebase Rights •  データベース権を定義し、ライセンスの範囲に含めたうえで、データベース提供者がCCライセンスにより権利許諾することを可能に

•  Moral, Publicity, Privacy, Personality Rights are waived or not asserted

•  ライセンサーの人格権、パブリシティ権、プライバシー権などもライセンス条件に反しないかぎりで、明示的に放棄又は不行使

•  “works” → ”materials” •  ライセンス対象が「作品」から「素材」へ

•  CC4.0 is better for •  CC4.0はより以下のような態様で利用しやすくなっている

Attribution requirements 表示ルールの変更

•  A slight change to Attribution requirements, designed to better reflect accepted practices

•  より実務的に受け入れられやすい表示条件への変更

•  To gather Attribution requirements into one bundle (Section3.a.1.)

•  表示条件がひとまとめにされた

•  The Attribution requirement with a link to a separate page for Attribution information

•  表示に関する情報を別ページにリンクすることが正式にOKに

•  Best Practice for Attribution: (TASL) •  4.0におけるおすすめの表示方法

Anonymity if desired 表示義務を免除できるように

•  Anoymize your materials. Licensor can have your name removed from any version of your materials if desired (Section 8.c.).

•  許諾者が被許諾者に対し、表示義務を免除することが可能になった（第８条c.） –  “unless expressly agreed to by the Licensor” –  明示的に放棄することが必要

•  Not only adaptations but also reproductions •  翻案物だけでなく複製物にも対応

30 days to correct violations ライセンス違反の是正

•  CCL terminate when a licensee breaks their terms

•  CCLは被許諾者がライセンス違反した場合にはライセンスが終了

•  Under CC4.0, a licensee’s rights are reinstated automatically if he/she corrects a breach within 30 days of Licensee’s discovering it.

•  CC4.0では、被許諾者が30日以内に、違反状態を是正すれば自動的に復権できる
