LANDLORD AGENCYWe were appointed by the landlord of a 41,000 sq m Grade A office building located in Capital Centre, to provide landlord services. Our fully comprehensive service includes utilizing our global network to identity target occupiers, creating and implementing marketing and leasing strategies to best maximize the exposure of the building to the market, working with solicitors to review lease documentation, and representing landlords in negotiations with potential tenants.Client: Sinogulf

TENANT REPRESENTATIONWe were appointed by a multinational legal firm looking to completely out-

source their search for expansionary office space. We secured and negotiat-ded on their behalf 1,000 square meters in Al Sowwah Square as a pre-lease

acquisition. Client: White and Case

VALUATION We were appointed to value the company’s real estate portfolio. The portfolio comprised of existing assets, development properties that are either currently under construction or future mixed use developmentproperties. Some of the assets that were valued were Aldar Headquarter, Al Jimi Mall, Al Raha Beach Development, Yas Island and Central Market. Client: ALDAR

RESEARCH AND FEASIBILITY We undertook a thorough market assessment to help determine the

feasibility and anticipated profitability of large planned mixed-use scheme. We provided detailed development recommendations for each of the project components to help improve upon the original space program and to ensure that a quality yet functional product

would be created.

RETAIL STRATEGY We have been appointed by a leading literature retailer to assist in expanding their brand throughout the GCC. We compiled a strategic document which has already been utilized through the identification and acquisition of shopping mall locations, and other alternative locations. Client: Magrudy’s

HOTEL ADVISORY We provided a hotel feasibility study which assisted the client in defining a con-

cept which utilized the site characteristic optimally and positioned the client to take advantage of market opportunities.
