plomyLAYER plomyPEX and plomyPEX-EVAL are the latest gene-ration thermoplastic pipes, designed and manufactured to improve the quality of life of our families. They are more hygienic pipes, more environmentally-friendly, more reliable and easier to install than tra-ditional metal pipes.

These pipes are manufactured and certified for:

- Cold water.- Type 1. Hot water supply at 60º C.- Type 2. Hot water supply at 70º C.- Type 4. Underfloor heating and low temperature radiators. - Type 5. High temperature radiators.

plomyLAYER, plomyPEX y plomyPEX-EVAL son tuberías termoplásticas de última generación diseñadas y fabricadas para me-jorar la calidad de vida de las familias. Son tuberías más higiénicas, más respetuosas con el medio ambiente, más fiables y más fáciles de instalar que las metálicas tradicionales.

Estas tuberías estan fabricadas y certificadas para:

plomyLAYER is a multilayer pipe manufactured in accordance with ISO 21003. plomyLAYER pipes are made up by 5 layers: PERT internal layer, adhesive layer, fully welded aluminium layer, adhesive layer and PERT external layer. The aluminium layer provides excellent resistance to pressure and tem-perature, at the same time it acts as an oxygen 100% antidiffusion bar-rier. The internal layer of PERT avoids corrosion and the external layer prevents exfoliation.

Main characteristics:- Piping suitable for drinking water and SHW (sanitary hot water). - Applicable to hot and cold water inside buildings.

plomyLAYER is a lighter and very flexible pipe, making installation eas-ier. Its thermal expansion is insignificant and its low roughness factor prevents lime scale incrustations. plomyCLICK is the new accessory fully manufactured in PPSU, recom-mended for plomyLAYER pipes.

plomyLAYER es una tubería multicapa fabricada según la norma ISO 21003. La tubería plomyLAYER está compuesta por 5 capas: capa inter-na de PERT, capa de adhesivo, capa de aluminio soldado a tope, capa de adhesivo y capa externa de PERT.La capa de aluminio proporciona una excelente resistencia a la presión y a la temperatura, a la vez que actúa como barrera antidifusión de oxí-geno 100%. plomyLAYER es una tubería de bajo peso y gran flexibilidad, lo que facilita su instalación. Su dilatación térmica es insignificante y su baja rugosidad impide incrustaciones calcáreas.plomyCLICK es el novedoso accesorio fabricado íntegramente en PPSU recomendado para las tuberías plomyLAYER.

plomyLAYER est un tuyau multicouche fabriqué selon la norme ISO 21003. plomyLAYER ist eine mehrschichtige Rohrleitung, die nach der ISO 21003.Die Rohrleitung plomyLAYER besteht aus 5 Schichten: Innere Schicht aus PERT, Klebstoffschicht, angeschweißte Aluminiumschicht, Klebstoff-schicht und äußere Schicht aus PERT. Die Aluminiumschicht bewirkt ei-nen hervorragenden Druck- und Temperaturwiderstand und verhindert gleichzeitig die Sauerstoffverbreitung vollständig. plomyPEX is a PE-Xa cross-linked polyethylene pipe, manufactured, by means of the peroxide method, in accordance with the European Standard EN ISO 15875. The main applications of the plomyPEX pipes are for drink-ing water, sanitary hot water (SHW) pipes and heating inside buildings.

plomyPEX-EVAL es una tubería de polietileno reticulado PE-Xa con ba-rrera antidifusión de oxígeno mediante capa de alcohol etilvinílico EVOH.

Las tuberías plomyPEX-EVAL están fabricadas segúcn la norma UNE-EN ISO 15875 y EN IS0 1264.

La tubería PlomyPEX-EVAL está especialmente concebida para circuitos cerrados de conducción de agua, como son los sistemas de calefacción por suelo radiante. La capa EVOH es la responsable de que el oxígeno del ambiente no pueda pasar al agua del sistema y provocar deterioros por oxidación de los elementos metálicos.

plomyPEX-EVAL ist ein vernetztes Polyethylenrohr PE-Xa, gefertigt mit einer Peroxydmethode mit einer Barriere gegen die Verbreitung von Sau-erstoff durch eine Schicht Ethylvinylalkohol EVOH.

Die Rohre plomyPEX-EVAL sind gemäß EN ISO 15875 und EN IS0 1264. gefertigt.

Das Rohr plomyPEX-EVAL ist besonders für geschlossene Wasser-leitungskreisläufe gedacht wie Fußbodenheizungssysteme. Die EVOH-Schicht ist verantwortlich dafür, dass der Sauerstoff des Umfelds nicht an das Wasser des Systems weitergegeben wird und es nicht zur Beschädi-gung der Metallelemente durch Rost kommt.

plomyPEX-EVAL est un tuyau en polyéthylène réticulé PE-Xa, fabriqué selon la méthode peroxyde, avec une barrière anti-diffusion d’oxygène grâce à une couche d’alcool éthylvinylique EVOH.

Les tuyaux plomyPEX-EVAL sont fabriqués conformément aux normes EN ISO 15875 et EN IS0 1264.

La canalisation plomyPEX-EVAL est spécialement conçue pour les circuits fermés de transport de l’eau, tels que les systèmes de chauffage par sol radiant. PLOMYPLAS Group has developed plomyCLICK, a new line of push-fittings fully manufactured in PPSU (polyphenylsulphone).

plomyCLICK fittings can be used in both plomyLAYER (PE-RT/AL/PE-RT) pipes and in plomyPEX (PE-Xa) pipes, indicated for heating and sanitary hot water (SHW) installations of up to 95º C.

With plomyCLICK the risk of water leaks is eliminated, as well as mak-ing installation easier, reducing the time and effort in this process.

Polyphenylsulphone is a thermoplastic technopolymer recommended for contact with food and drinking water. This compound has excel-lent chemical and mechanical resistance and supports temperatures of up to 140º C.

plomyCLICK is an innovation providing advantages to installers, wholesalers and end users.

Grupo PLOMYPLAS ha desarrollado plomyCLICK, una nueva línea de accesorios PUSH-FIT fabricada íntegramente en PPSU (polifenil-sulfona). Los accesorios plomyCLICK pueden ser usados tanto con tuberías plomyLAYER (PE-RT/AL/PE-RT) como con plomyPEX (PE-Xa), utilizadas en instalaciones de calefacción y ACS hasta 95º C.

Con plomyCLICK se elimina el riesgo de fugas a la vez que se fa-cilita la instalación, reduciendo el tiempo y esfuerzo necesarios en el proceso.

La polifenilsulfona es un tecnopolímero termoestable indicado para contacto con alimentos y agua potable. Este compuesto tiene ex-celentes resistencias química y mecánica y soporta temperaturas de hasta 140º C.

plomyPEX-EVAL is a PE-Xa cross-linked polyethylene pipe, manufac-tured by means of the peroxide method, with an oxygen antidiffusion barrier by using a layer of ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol EVOH.

plomyPEX-EVAL pipes are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 15875 and UNE-EN IS0 1264.

plomyPEX-EVAL pipes are specially designed for closed water cir-cuits, such as underfloor heating circuits. The EVOH layer ensures that the oxygen from the environment has no access the water in the sys-tem and does not cause deterioration by oxidation of metal parts.
