In an international environment such as SHAPE, the SHAPE Club endeavors to maintain a tasty and affordable balance between quality and customer service. Our aim is to make customers feel comfortable and welcome in friendly and relaxed surroundings.

As the main Catering Facility at SHAPE, we offer a wide range of services to the community. We ensure that we offer the best value to our guests in comparison to businesses in the local area, and that we have the best option to cater any of your event. Price is per hour and for each individual required to ensure the service. The number of personnel needed to maintain a proper service will be estimated by the catering office based on number of participants. Extra fees apply for service requirement after the time limitation for each category of event as mentioned in this guide. In case of a beer call (private bar service), 30 minutes before and after the event will be accounted for in addition to the service requirement (bar preparation and tear down). CONSUMPTION OF FOOD & BEVERAGE. If the client requires the SHAPE Club to provide Bar service (staff included), and does not bring any beverages into the Events Centre, 50 € discount on the rental fee listed above will be applied (conditions for bar service available at SHAPE Club Catering Office). Includes the use of furniture (tables, chairs, room dividers). Also includes professional cleaning. All the conditions of room rental are available on demand and will be included in the Rental Contract. Fund raising event will require special authorization as per SHAPE Directives.
