The category is open for projects that were organized by event-agency or corporate organization

for specific audience. The structure part of these projects included entertaining events,

celebrating of corporate New Year, game programs, role-playing games, team building, extreme

games or working out of other special programs including promoting strengthening of corporate /

command spirit of visitors, development of corporate culture of the company or a brand that

provides the best results in business.

Best public or outdoor event

The Nomination is awarded for the best public or outdoor event: concerts, open air shows,

festivals and entertaining events, where the number of participants were not less than 1 000

persons.

Best culture event

Musical, literary, art projects, performance art etc. can be accepted for participation in the

category.

Best sport event

Any events connected with sports activity, directed both on the final spectator, and participants

of sports tournaments are accepted.

Best education event

The nomination is open for the events directed on improvement of quality and the development

of education in the country, and also for the events the organizers of which are educational

institutions and/or students.

Best Traditional event

This category deals with the projects that are connected with the history of the country in which

they are organized, support national cultural traditions and also City Day etc.

Best In-House event

In this nomination such projects for private (physical) persons are considered: wedding,

anniversary, a name-day, birthdays, confessional events, original congratulations, etc. They can

be realized both with involvement of event - agencies, and without it, only by participants of

event.

Best children holiday

The attention of jury will be turned on quantity and age of children-participants, duration of the

game program, activity and audience involving, creativity.

Best creative use of small budget, >15000 UAN

For participation of the project in the given category it is necessary to give the provisional

expenses according to various stages of event, with the budget not exceeding 15 thousand UAN.

Best creative use of small budget, >60000 UAN, <15001 UAN

For participation of the project in the given category it is necessary to give the provisional

expenses according to various stages of event, with the budget from 15 to 60 thousand UAN

Best business event

In this nomination conference, a forum, press conference, a seminar, a master class, a

symposium, an exhibition, a talk show, a round table, an internal corporate event or another

business event with the best organizational structure, internal event-decisions and researches, not

excepting chosen meeting-space and the audio-visual technics is awarded.

Best exhibition

In this category exhibition projects b2b and b2c that are interesting for leisure time and open for

public are considered.

Best MICE or incentive program

The nomination is awarded for the best Incentive-round focused on motivation of employees or

stimulation and strengthening of partner relations with clients. Action should be organized for

the Ukrainian customer or with the assistance of the Ukrainian agency, include a travel element

of all or a part of participants to a venue, and also an element team-building, training or a

conference.

Event for the brand

The category is open for all companies and trade marks that during the qualifying period have

spent event on starting of a new product or service, opening, the projects directed on increasing

of perception of a brand, sales, interactions with consumers and a brand role in their life.

Best social event campaign

The nomination is awarded to the best charitable or social project which has been realized

during the qualifying period.

Best marketing strategy

In this category such projects are considered, in which the outline of marketing strategy was

built on the basis of events of the company or brand.

Best PR-strategy

In this category such PR-projects are considered, in which the outline was built on the basis of

events of the company or brand.

Best use of sponsorship

Best international event

The category is open for any international event organized in the territory of Ukraine, or for the

international company, and also for the events that represent interests of Ukraine on international

scene.

Best use of technology

In this nomination projects, in which the use of technological innovations in the event is

displayed, are considered or it is shown, how the technology is integrated into the event, and how

the use influenced on the success of the event. The category includes virtual events.

Best caterer

In this nomination caterers on internal and exit service regardless of quantity indicators of an

internal resource of the company are considered.

Best event supplier

The category is open for audio-visual and other technical contractors.

Best productions company

Any company that is the supplier of a product (service, the goods) on the event-market can take

part in this nomination. The category includes logistics, planning, safety, tents and other

constructions and components for the organization of events.

Best small locations

The nomination is open for platforms with the spaciousness to 200 delegates.

Best medium locations

The nomination is open for platforms with the spaciousness from 201 to 600 delegates.

Best large locations

The nomination is open for platforms with the spaciousness from 601 delegates and more.

on which events take place.

Best unusual locations

The nomination is open for a location for which the holding of events is not the basic functional

task and for the platforms that are not a conference-center or a hotel.
