How long will it take to get my PIN?

A: It can take 24 to 48 business hours to receive your PIN .

What do I do if I forget my PIN or have issues with it?

A: Email [email protected] for help with most PIN issues .

How long will it take for me to receive my products after submitting a redemption form?

A: It can take six to eight weeks from the day you send in the NLSU redemption form . If there are any issues with the redemption or more information is needed, delays may occur . In this case, an NLSU team member will contact you .

Can I redeem an offer more than once?

A: You can only redeem each of the offers once .

Am I able to combine multiple purchase orders to meet the qualifications of the offer?

A: All of the qualifying purchases must be made on a single purchase order .

How do I submit a redemption form?
