Analysis of personal life experiences
• At least one per domain:1. Formal training2. Professional paid activities3. Social, family, education activities4. Pro bono and civic/charitable activities5. Leisure, sport, culture, travel6. Milestone moments of your life
• Description of the experience• List of all needed resources• List of skills (= transferable competences)• Evaluation (personal assessment) of skills
Analysis of personal life experience(personal skills assessment)
• Level 1– I know how to to something but I can do it only under the guidance and
supervision of a person or a user manual
• Level 2– I know how to do it without any external help but under the same
conditions in which I have learnt it
• Level 3– I know how to do it without any external help and also within different and
new contexts (e.g., different situations, conditions, places)
• Level 4– I know how to do it, I can also explain it and demonstrate it to others
• Level 5– My peers consider I am an expert in it
