PRESENTATION

Established in Gabon since 2002 with its Hydro Gabon branch, Hydrokast Group, specialized in professional diving, rope access and enclosed areas works, created by the end of 2009, a branch dedicated to security education and training. In 2013, HOGT becomes its branch.

This entity was created to locally answer training needs of the general, oil and gas, oil and gas subcontractors and maritime industries.

The vocation of our centre is to answer these needs by proposing in particular, technical platforms dedicated to practical exercises.

Located on Cap Lopez road, in the lands of the Société Impact Environnement Gabon, this 5600m2 site has got :

• 3 classrooms dedicated to theory of 10 to 15 trainees capacity • A "Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus" learning path module and initiation to rescue

and protection against falls kits • A technical platform for fire fighting practical exercises, handling of fire extinguishers

and hydrocarbons fire extinguishers with foam (tank of 72 m²) • A pool for the practice of evacuation and survival at sea 0.8 to 2.5m deep, 120 m3 in

total

Our organisation is:

• Registered with the Ministry of Environment, Nature Conservation and Sustainable Development of the Gabonese Republic

• Certified by the Ministry of Vocational Training, including the SST, "public / private" partnership is being negotiated

• Authorized by the Gabonese Merchant Navy • Authorized for Security Basic Training of Merchant Navy by the French Maritime

Affairs, STCW certification • Member of the IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association), Marine Division

Our MEDEVAC Safety procedure Our training centre HYDRO OIL & GAS Training is located in Cap Lopez, which somewhat isolates it geographically from Port-Gentil urban centre. To improve a MEDEVAC safety procedure initially well organized, 4 measures were put in place:

1. Each member of staff of our centre is a rescuer, 3 first aid monitors and 3 VSAV (Victims Rescue Vehicle) fire fighter equipment officers. In November 2013 a nurse was hired.

2. We have a first aid station completed by all emergency equipment necessary to maintain the status of a victim waiting for medical reinforcements or evacuation

3. In case of illness, discomfort or accident, MEDEVAC procedure is followed-up by our Medical Officer, Dr. DEROCLES from ASSALAS clinic, emergency physician.

4. We have an emergency rescue ambulance to ensure rapid and safe transportation of a victim under the best transportation and medical assistance conditions, by order of Medical Officer

The centre is located in a natural environment; intrusions of reptiles may occur.

In addition to preventive measures (permanent light, repellents) HOGT is equipped with anti-venoms serums. These are in our doctor’s hands for therapy.
