Cest grce la position du centre de gravit, la stabilit propre dun produit et ses contours que lon peut savoir si celui-ci est adapt au systme detrans port chane.Le choix de la taille est effectu en fonction des dimensions du systme de transport chane et du poids des objets transporter. Das maximale Gesamtgewicht der

transportierten Produkte und die maximale Lnge des Kettenfrderers ist begrenzt durch die zulssige Kettenzugkraft.

Die maximale Last/Kettenglied (30 mm) betrgt 30 N. (Flache Transportkette ESD-fhig: Fmax = 15 N ! ).

Die maximale Breite eines transportierten Produktes ist abhngig von seiner Massenschwerpunktslage und den Seitenfhrungen.

Bei einem Frderer mit Mitnehmerkette fr vertikalen Transport ist das maximale Gewicht des einzelnen Produktes begrenzt durch die Strke der Mitnehmer und die Lebensdauer der Gleitschienen.

Bitte prfen Sie die Bestndigkeit gegenber den von ihnen verwendeten Medien gem der Materialverwendungsliste (10-1710-24).

Im Dauerbetrieb und bei geringer Transportgeschwindigkeit knnen die Antriebsmotoren Temperaturen ber 65 C erreichen (DIN EN 563).

Achten Sie bei der Montage der Kette auf Sauberkeit der Gleitleisten und des Streckenprofils. Metallspne oder Baustaub wirken stark abrasiv und bewirken extremen Verschlei!

Achten Sie whrend des laufenden Betriebs auf allgemeine Sauberkeit der Anlage und ihrer Umgebung, das verlngert die Standzeiten von Gleitleisten und Ketten. Auch Staub- oder Schmutzpartikel wirken abrasiv!

Bei Umgebungstemperaturen von 40-60 C verwenden Sie nur die PVDF- Gleitleiste.

Bei Staubetrieb verkrzen sich die Wartungsintervalle. Durch die Gleitreibung entstehen erhhte Temperaturen und hherer Verschleiss.

There is a limit on the maximum weight

of the transported product and the maximum length of the chain conveyor due to the permissible chain tensile force.

The maximum load/chain link (30 mm) is 30 N. (Flat conveyor chain, ESD-compliant: Fmax = 15 N ! ).

The maximum width of a transported product depends on the position of its center of gravity and the lateral guides.

When using a conveyor with cleated chain for vertical transport, the maximum weight of a single product is limited by the strength of the drivers and the service life of the guide rails.

Please check the resistance to the media you are using according to the material use list (10-1710-24).

Under constant operation and at slow conveying speeds, the drive motor could reach temperatures exceeding 65 C (DIN EN 563).

Pay attention to the cleanliness of the slide rails and conveyor section profiles when assembling the chain. Metal shavings or dust have a very abrasive effect and can cause excessive wear!

During operation, pay attention to the general cleanliness of the system and its environment. This will prolong the service life of slide rails and chains. Dust and dirt particles can also act as abrasives!

For ambient temperatures of 40 to 60 C, only use the PVDF sliding rail.

Maintenance requirements are more frequent in accumulation operation. Higher temperatures and wear and tear are caused by the sliding friction.

Horizontal curves should only be used in exceptional cases. Bosch recommends the use of curve wheels instead.

Please consult with your authorized representative before using horizontal and vertical curves in your conveyor system.

Horizontale Kurven sollten nur im Ausnahmefall eingesetzt werden, der Einsatz von Kurvenrdern ist vorzuziehen.

Bitte lassen Sie sich vor dem Einsatz von horizontalen oder vertikalen Kurven von Ihrem Vertragshndler beraten.

Inspektionsintervall Kurven: Kontrollieren Sie regelmssig, alle 250 Betriebsstunden, die Gleitleisten in horizontalen oder vertikalen Kurven. Fr diese Kontrolle mu die Kette nicht abgenommen werden. Ersetzen Sie abgenutzte Gleitleisten (max. zulssiger Verschlei 1mm).

Wartungsintervall: Nehmen Sie alle 2000 Betriebsstunden (bei Einsatz von Kurven: alle 500 h) die Kette vom Kettenfrderer ab und kontrollieren Sie die Gleitleisten. Achten Sie dabei auf korrekte Befestigung und Verschlei. Ersetzen Sie abgenutzte Gleitleisten (max. zulssiger Verschlei 1mm). Bei Staubetrieb verkrzen sich die Wartungsintervalle.

Hinweis: Stau vor und in Kurven ist nur nach produktspezifischer Prfung des Einzelfalles zulssig.

Je nach Aufbau der Anlage und dem zu frdernden Produkt kann an bestimmten Stellen Klemm-/Quetsch-gefahr bestehen. Im Arbeitsbereich sind daher gegebenenfalls geeignete Schutzvorrichtungen vorzusehen. Le poids maximal des produits

transports et la longueur maximale du convoyeur chane sont limits par leffort de traction de chane admissible.

La charge maximale/maillon de chane (30 mm) est de 30 N. (Chane de transport plate, conductible ESD : Fmax = 15 N ! ).

La largeur maximale dun produit transport est fonction de la position de son centre de gravit et des guidages latraux.

Pour un convoyeur avec chane doigts entraneurs pour le transport vertical, le poids maximum de chacun des produits est limit par la force des doigts entraneurs et la dure de vie des glissires.

Veuillez contrler la rsistance aux matriaux que vous utilisez conformment la liste dutilisation des matriaux (10-1710-24).

En rgime continu et pour une vitesse de transport faible les moteurs dentranement peuvent atteindre une temprature suprieure 65 C (DIN EN 563).

Veillez lors du montage de la chane la propret des glissires et du profil de section. Des copeaux mtalliques ou de la poussire sont fortement abrasifs et entranent une usure extrmement leve !

En cours de fonctionnement, veillez la propret gnrale de linstallation et de son environnement. Cette mesure prolonge la dure de vie des glissires et des chanes. Les particules de poussire et la salet ont galement un effet abrasif !

Pour des tempratures ambiantes de 40 60 C, utilisez uniquement la glissire PVDF.

Avec accumulation, les intervalles de maintenance sont rduits. cause de la friction de glissement, apparaissent des tempratures leves et des usures suprieures.

Les courbes horizontales ne doivent tre utilises quen cas exceptionnel, il est prfrable dutiliser des roues pour courbes.

Faites vous conseiller par votre partenaire avant de mettre en oeuvre des courbes horizontales ou verticales.

Intervalle dinspection des courbes : contrlez rgulirement, toutes les 250 heures de fonctionnement, les glissires dans les courbes horizontales et verticales. Pour ce contrle, il nest pas ncessaire de dmonter la chane. Remplacez les glissires uses (usure maximale admis sible : 1 mm).

Intervalle de maintenance : Retirez toutes les 2 000 heures de fonctionnement (lors dutilisation de courbes : toutes les 500 heures) la chane du convoyeur chane et contrlez les glissires. Vrifiez avec soin la fixation correcte et lusure. Remplacez les glissires uses (usure maximale admissible : 1 mm). Avec accumulation, les intervalles de maintenance sont rduits.

Remarque : Une accumulation avant ou dans des courbes est admissible seulement aprs un contrle spcifique du produit du cas particulier.

Selon la construction de linstallation et le produit transporter, un risque de coincement/crasement peut tre prsent certains endroits. Des dispositifs de protection doivent donc tre prvus le cas chant dans lespace oprationnel. Inspection intervals for curves: Check the slide rails in horizontal and vertical curves regularly, i.e. every 250 operating hours. The chain does not have to be removed for this inspection. Replace worn-down slide rails (max. permissible wear of 1 mm).
