Il GruppoCarpaneto & C. S.p.A. e Sati Italia S.p.A. sono due aziende che da 50 anni operano nel settore della distribuzione per l’impiantistica elettrica industriale offrendo soluzioni e prodotti che possono soddisfare svariati campi di applicazione. Nei primi anni ‘90, utilizzando sinergie organizzative, commerciali e tecniche, queste due organizzazioni hanno dato origine al “Gruppo Carpaneto Sati”. Le radici del Gruppo sono da ritrovarsi in ambito industriale ma negli ultimi anni, a seguito di una campagna di investimenti in attività a più alto contenuto tecnologico, il Gruppo ha inserito nella propria offerta soluzioni e prodotti legati anche alla sfera tecnologica. Sati Italia S.p.A. opera da oltre 50 anni nel settore della distribuzione per l’impiantistica elettrica industriale. Nel 2008, malgrado la situazione economica del mercato italiano cominciasse ad avvertire un sentore di crisi, Sati decise di allargare il proprio business dedicando una nuova linea di prodotti e soluzioni al settore fotovoltaico.

Sati Italia propone un sistema di strutture componibili per impianti fotovoltaici modulare pratico, veloce, economico, portante, robusto e regolabile secondo le inclinazioni volute per i pannelli. La gamma include profilati, piastre di raccordo e ancoraggio, attacchi speciali, accessori e fissaggi del modulo che permettono realizzazioni nelle più svariate applicazioni quali: posa a terra, su tetti piani, su lamiera grecata, ecc. Il sistema, zincato a caldo dopo la lavorazione, è stato progettato per durare nel tempo, garantendo qualità ed affidabilità.

Negli impianti fotovoltaici, contestualmente al sistema modulare, devono essere progettate anche le protezioni contro i fulmini dei moduli solari. Queste protezioni possono essere di tipo isolato, oppure connesse alla struttura metallica di sostegno dei moduli fotovoltaici.

A completare l’offerta dedicata alle applicazioni per impianti fotovotaici, Sati Italia propone il suo prodotto core business, il sistema di canalizzazioni portacavi Linea S5 e passerella a filo Linea S2, fornito nelle versioni zincate a caldo dopo lavorazione o in acciaio inox; il sistema è utilizzato per la protezione ed il trasporto dei cavi di collegamento presenti nell’impianto. Le specifiche tecniche delle Linee S5 – S2 sono presenti sui Cataloghi Sati dedicati ai Sistemi di Canalizzazione.

Negli impianti fotovoltaici, contestualmente al sistema modulare, devono essere progettate anche le protezioni contro i fulmini dei moduli solari che Sati propone con delle soluzioni ad hoc. Queste protezioni possono essere di tipo isolato, oppure connesse alla struttura metallica di sostegno dei moduli fotovoltaici.

Sati Italia S.p.A. has operated for over 50 years in the field of distribution of industrial electrical systems. In 2008, even though the economic situation in the Italian market began to hint at a crisis, Sati decided to expand its business by creating a new line of products and solutions for the photovoltaic sector.

Sati Italia offers a system of modular structures for modular, practical, quick, affordable, supporting, strong and adjustable photovoltaic systems based on the desired angle of the panels. The range includes profiles, connecting and anchoring plates, special attachments, accessories and module fastening systems that can be used in various applications such as: installation on the ground, on roofs, on corrugated sheet etc. The system, hot galvanised after processing, is designed to last, ensuring quality and reliability.

In photovoltaic systems, along with the modular system, protection of the solar modules against lightning must also be designed. This protection can either be isolated or connected to the supporting metallic structure of the photovoltaic modules.

To complete the products dedicated to applications for photovoltaic systems, Sati Italia offers its core business product, the cable runway system Line S5 and the cable tray Line S2, supplied in hot galvanised versions after processing or in stainless steel versions; the system is used for the protection and transportation of connecting cables present in the system. Negli impianti LPS per la protezione dei PV possono essere progettati impianti isolati o non isolati del sistema fotovoltaico. Per i sistemi isolati si utilizzano delle aste verticali tenute staccate dai pannelli con dei supporti di materiale isolante e con morsetti in acciaio Inox. L'asta è sostenuta da una base in calcestruzzo che può essere interrata come in una fondazione o appoggiata su un piano di supporto.Le distanze di separazione "d" devono essere maggiore delle separazioni "s" calcolati con la Norma CEI EN 62305.

In the LPS systems for the protection of PV systems can be designed isolated or non-isolated PV system. ISTRUZIONI TECNICHE / TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS

Sistema modulare pratico, veloce ed economico per comporre ogni tipo di struttura portante, robusta, regolabile. Profilati, piastre di raccordo e ancoraggio, attacchi speciali e altri accessori possono essere utilizzati in qualunque situazione; inoltre un seghetto e una chiave inglese sono i soli strumenti necessari per il montaggio di qualsiasi struttura di base.Il sistema è compatibile con gli accessori dei sistemi di sospensione in acciaio zincato a caldo e Sendzimir per le canalizzazioni SATI S2 - S5 - S3, ed è particolarmente indicato per la posa di passerelle e canali portacavi, cavidotti, tubazioni per fluidi o gas, condotte d’aria ecc., nell’impiantistica civile, terziaria e industriale.

Materiali■ Profilati PRP: sono in acciaio al carbonio Fe 360 zincato a caldo

dopo lavorazione (secondo norme DIN 50976), e realizzati con profilatura di rinforzo; lunghezza 3 m; spessore 2,5 mm; asole 11 x 17 mm, con interasse 35 mm.

■ Profilati PRL - PRM: sono in acciaio Fe 360 zincato Sendzimir, e realizzati con profilatura di rinforzo; sono di tipo con asole e senza asole; lunghezza 3 m; spessore 2 mm; asole 11 x 20 mm, con interasse 50 mm.

■ Piastre di raccordo PR: sono in acciaio al carbonio Fe 360 zincato a caldo dopo lavorazione (secondo norme EN ISO 1461); larghezza 40 mm; spessore 6 mm; fori Ø 13,5 mm; interasse tra i fori 50 mm; distanza da centro foro a fine piastra 20 mm.

■ Viterie: - Piastrine PAP (per profilati PRP) e PMP (per profilati PRM), con

molla di contrasto “a perdere”, in acciaio zincato elettroliticamente; filettatura M10 (a richiesta M12) adatta anche per viti zincate a caldo, purchè da noi fornite.

- Viti testa ad ancora, VTA (per profilati PRL e PRM) zincate elettroliticamente; filettatura M10 x 30.

- Viti e rondelle BZF zincate a caldo (secondo norme CEI 7.6), BZE zincate elettroliticamente; filettatura M10 (a richiesta M12).

Criteri costruttivi■ Per la costruzione di strutture portanti si assemblano i profilati PRP

- PRL - PRM tramite le piastre di raccordo PR, utilizzando le piastrine PAP - PMP, le viti testa ad ancora VTA, le viti e le rondelle BZF - BZE M10 x 30. Le piastrine, le viti e le rondelle devono essere ordinate a parte.

■ La presenza di asole nei profilati PRP - PRL - PRM, accresce il numero di composizioni possibili. Si possono utilizzare oltre alle piastre di raccordo PR, anche tutti gli accessori del sistema di sospensione zincato a caldo quali le mensole MP, e i supporti SSP - SDP - SRP - SCP - DPP, oltre a quelli del sistema zincato Sendzimir, in particolare ML - PSM - SSM.

Materials■ PRP channels: made in Fe 360 hot-deep galvanized carbon steel

(according to DIN 50976 standards) and using reinforcement profiling; length 3 m; thickness 2.5 mm; slots 11 x 20 mm, with 50 mm center to center.

■ PRL - PRM channels: made in Fe 360 Sendzimir galvanized steel Fe 360 and using reinforcement profiling; with or without slots; lenght 3 m; thickness 2 mm; slots 11 x 20 mm, with 50 mm center to center.

■ PR fitting: made in Fe 360 hot-deep galvanized carbon steel (according to EN ISO 1461 standards); width 40 mm; thickness 6 mm; holes Ø 13.5 mm; interaxis between holes 50 mm; distance from centre to end plate hole 20 mm.

■ Bolts and screws: - PAP (for PRP channel) and PMP (for PRM channel), spring nuts

with disposable contrast spring in electrolytic galvanized steel: M10 thread (M12 on request) also suitable for hot-deep galvanized steel, provided that we supply them.

- VTA anchor head screws (for PRL and PRM channels) in electroplated zinc steel; thread M10 x 30.

- BZF hot-deep galvanized screws, and washers (according to CEI standard 7.6), BZE electrolytic galvanized, M10 thread (M12 on request).

Construction criterias■ For the construction of load-bearing structures, assembly PRP -

PRL - PRM channels using PR fittings, PAP - PMP spring nuts, VTA anchor head screws and BZF - BZE M10 x 30 screws. Spring nuts, screws and washers and screws must be ordered separately.

■ The slots in the PRP - PRL - PRM channels, increases the number of possible compositions.
