Todos nuestros platos de ducha estn elaborados a partir de materiales de ltima generacin compuestos por una com-binacin de resinas, gel coat y diversas cargas minerales. Al-tamente resistente a impactos, su solidez es similar a la de la piedra natural. Se trata de un producto macizo, slido y resis-tente a la flexin, lo que impide roturas.

Adems, el producto aporta el Marcado CE, que se rige segn la norma EN 14527 y refleja la conformidad del producto con la legislacin en la UE.

All our shower trays are made based on latest material tech-nologies, a combination of resins, gel coat and mineral stone. They are very strong against impact, comparable in this res-pect to natural stone. It is a product of solid core, strong and stiff, thereby preventing breakage.

Moreover, this product carries the CE marking, according to European legislation, in particular EN 14527

Limpiar de forma habitual, enjuagndolo correctamente y asegurndose de que no queden restos de producto de lim-pieza en el plato de ducha.

Utilizar un pao suave o bayeta para limpiar la superficie. Evitar la limpieza habitual con alcoholes, cidos, quitaesmal-tes, lacas y/o productos abrasivos.

No utilizar hidrxido sdico (sosa custica) o tintes para el cabello, debido a su alta concentracin de azul de metileno.

Disponible tabla de resistencia a productos abrasivos.

Clean regularly, properly rinsing and removing all traces of cleanser in the shower tray.

Use a soft cloth or foam to clean the surface. Avoid the regularly cleaning with alcohol, acid substances, nail polisher or abrasive products.

Do not use caustic soda or hair dye chemicals, due to the presence of methylene blue.

We provide information for durability against abrasive pro-duct on request.

ALMACENAMIENTO y TRANSPORTE / storage & transportPara el almacenamiento y transporte es preciso que el plato se encuentre en posicin horizontal para evitar desperfectos en el producto.

No se debe utilizar utensilios afilados para la abertura del em-balaje y as impedir que se puedan causar desperfectos en el plato de ducha.

Storage and transportation of our shower trays must be done with the product horizontally kept, to avoid damage.

Do not use any sharp utensils for unpacking to avoid scrat-ches on the surface of the tray.

EMBALAJE / BoxingLos platos de ducha estn embalados de forma individual y a medida con recubrimientos especiales y testados. De esta manera nos sentimos mucho ms seguros a la hora de realizar el envo y que el producto llegue en perfectas condiciones.

Shower trays are individually packaged. This packaging ma-terial is coated and has been tested to make sure that you will receive this product in perfect conditions.

Since May 2012, suppliers of shower trays for residential use must use CE marking in their products. This marking indi-cates that the product fulfils the norm EN 14527 and allows the free circulation of goods within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Desde el 1 de mayo de 2012, los fabricantes de platos de ducha para uso domstico tienen la obligacin de comercializar sus pro-ductos a nivel europeo con el Marcado CE segn norma EN 14527, ya que dicho Marcado CE indica la conformidad de un producto con la legislacin de la UE y permite la libre circulacin de produc-tos dentro del mercado del Espacio Econmico Europeo.

1. Preparar la base donde se va a asentar el plato con ce-mento dejndolo completamente macizo. Deber estar nivelada y habr que dejar un hueco necesario para la ins-talacin de la vlvula. Luego reducir el hueco.

2. Una vez colocadas las tuberas y la vlvula en el hueco previsto, es importante comprobar que sta no sobresal-ga por encima de la base, porque si as fuera, habra pro-blemas de desaguado.

3. Comprobar el perfecto estado del plato tras desemba-larlo. A la hora de colocar el plato, se aplicarn unas tiras de cola porcelnica flexible en el suelo para evitar que se mueva y el agujero del desage del plato debe coincidir con la vlvula que hay en la base. Cuando est todo co-rrectamente ajustado, se pone la rejilla de acero inoxida-ble o el embellecedor (segn modelo) y se deja protegido el plato hasta la limpieza final.

4. El revestimiento de las paredes se sita superpuesto sobre el borde del plato de forma que sobrepase como mnimo 1,5 cm el extremo del mismo. Una vez colocado el plato, se sellan perfectamente las juntas para evitar que exista cualquier tipo de filtracin.

5. Antes de colocar la mampara o cualquier otro material sobre el plato de ducha, se deber comprobar su correcta colocacin y funcionamiento. En caso contrario, NOVA-RALI S.L, no se har cargo de los gastos derivados de la sustitucin de mampara o carmicas colocadas sobre o alrededor del plato.

1. Prepare the base on which the tray will be placed with a full layer of cement. It must be leveled and there must be a gap for the drainage valve. After setting the drainage valve, fill in the space around the gap.

2. Once the pipes and valve are set, it is important to check that the latter does not go over the cement surface base. Otherwise, there are going to be drainage issues.

3. Check the shower tray. Place the tray carefully on the base, making sure that:a) There are porcelain glue strips to fix the tray to the base. b) The drainage hole and valve are perfectly aligned

When all is set and fitting, place the stainless steel grid or other accessories on top and protect the surface until the final rinsing.

4. The wall covering must be set over the edge of the tray, to be at least 1,5cm from this edge. Once this is perfectly adjusted, seal it to the tray to avoid water filtration.

5. Before setting the screen or any other shower equip-ment or material, please check its proper placement and use. Otherwise, Novarali S.l. will not take over any expen-se in order to exchange the screen or any other element of the shower.

GUA DE INSTALACIN / instaLation guide

Los pedidos de productos de bao a Novarali SL se rea-lizarn exclusivamente por email a info@nuovvo.es o al correo del comercial asignado. Pedidos realizados por telfono, correo postal u otra forma no sern atendidos. El cliente es responsable de cumplir con los trminos de pago y de la recepcin de la mercanca en la direccin indicada. Cualquier retraso o gasto relativo a stos, ser pagado por el comprador. Los trminos de envo sern definidos de acuerdo con Incoterms 2010. El comprador se compromete a inspeccionar la mercan-ca a la llegada de sta. Cualquier defecto o error ha de ser comunicado a Novarali SL dentro del plazo de dos das hbiles. La devolucin a Novarali SL de mercanca defectuosa o errnea solamente puede hacerse con el consentimiento previo de Novarali SL por escrito.

Las devoluciones que Novarali SL acepte por escrito han de realizarse embalando la mercanca perfectamen-te y paletizandola de igual manera que el envo original. Slo en estas condiciones acepta, tras inspeccin de la reclamacin, la devolucin del importe de la mercanca defectuosa o equivocada, y del transporte de sta des-de el comprador a Novarali. El coste de este transporte ha de ser aceptado a priori por Novarali SL; en otro caso la organizacin del transporte de retorno ser hecha por Novarali SL directamente. El precio unitario y posibles descuentos sern acordados entre Novarali SL y el com-

prador y la validez es siempre exclusivamente para un ni-co envo. Las listas de precios tienen carcter orientativo y estn sujetas a cambios sin previo aviso y a la disponibi-lidad en fabricacin. Los precios son comunicados sin IVA ni otros posibles impuestos.

El incumplimiento de un plazo de pago da derecho a No-varali SL a retrasar o cancelar envos al mismo comprador. Gastos de demora y gastos adicionales en transporte sern requeridos al comprador, segn el inters bancario en vigor.

Novarali SL establece una garanta de dos aos sobre el producto plato de ducha. Esta garanta cubre solamente el plato de ducha y en ningn caso accesorios o costes asocia-dos con la instalacin del plato. Esta garanta cubre defectos en materiales y fabricacin nicamente. Daos causados durante el uso, no atribuibles a un defecto en materiales de fabricacin, no sern aceptados bajo garanta. Un plato de ducha con defectos bajo garanta ser sustituido por uno idntico, o el importe de compra ser retribuido al cliente, a eleccin de Novarali SL. Novarali SL tiene el derecho nico de decisin a la hora de establecer el origen de un defecto en el plato de ducha. Especficamente, defectos causados por sustancias aplicadas sobre el plato de ducha quedan ex-cluidos de esta garanta. Al realizar un pedido con Novarali. S.L se aceptan todas y cada una de las condiciones generales de venta que apa-recen en este catlogo.

/ These terms and conditions apply to shower trays sold from Novarali Sl to any Buyer.

Orders for bathroom products to Novarali Sl will be rea-lized exclusively via Email to the address info@nuovvo.es or the address of the sales representative assigned to the customer account.Orders or requests made on the pho-ne, post, fax or any other way will not be acknowledged. The Buyer is responsible for payment according the agreed payment terms, and for the reception of goods at the delivery site. Any delay or additional cost due to these aspects will be covered by the Buyer. Delivery terms will be agreed according to Incoterms 2010. The Buyer shall inspect the goods upon arrival. Any defect or error in the delivery must be communicated to Novarali Sl within two working days. Any return shipment shall be made solely with written consent from Novarali Sl.

Returns must be done by means of re-packaging the goods in the same way as the original shipment. Any variation of packaging and pallet preparation gives the right to Novarali Sl to reject these returned goods. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, Novarali will pay back the amount of the purchase of the defecti-ve goods and the cost of the return shipment. The latter has to be agreed in advanced by Novarali Sl; otherwise Novarali Sl will organize this return transportation by itself. Prices and discounts will be agreed by Novarali Sl

and the Buyer and will have limited validity of one ship-ment. Price lists are not binding and their contents may vary without prior notice and subject to availability at the factory. Prices are always given without VAT or any other tax.

In case Buyer does not proceed with the payment within the agreed payment terms, Novarali Sl has the right to withhold and cancel further shipments. Any cost resulting of this will be charged to the Buyer, according to applica-ble bank interest rates. Novarali Sl gives a two-year limited guarantee on shower trays. This guarantee applies solely to the product shower tray and does not include in any case accessories or any cost derived from installation of the product, or liability for the use of the product. This guarantee covers defects in materials and fabrication only. Damages caused during use, if not caused by a defect in materials or fabrication, are excluded from this guarantee.A shower tray with a defect covered by guarantee will be exchanged by another one of the same model, or the original purchasing price will be returned to Buyer, upon decision on Novarali Sl. Novarali Sl reserves the right to decide about the origin or cause of any defect. Specifi-cally, damages caused by any substance applied on the shower tray are excluded from this guarantee. By placing an order for shower trays to Novarali Sl, the Buyer accepts these terms and condition.
