per soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Le uova sono prodotte in cioccolato finissimo al latte ed extra fondente, inoltre vengono

decorate a mano in modo del tutto artigianale. Entrando alla Barbero, situata nel cuore della città, si può sentire il profumo del cioccolato

che esala nel cortile; molte volte alla produzione assistono numerosi visitatori, soprattutto bambini in questo periodo dell’anno. La produzione delle

uova è un momento affascinante, in particolare per i più golosi. Anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte.. lo spaccio che si affaccia su Via Brofferio si colora di una moltitudine di uova finemente confezionate che esprimono l’allegria ed il fascino

di questa festa tradizionale.
