1. Busbar compartment
Busbar compartment is located on the top of the
cubicle. It contains the main busbar which
interconnect between cubicles. And also;
Tool based accessible compartment with regardto accessibility, (it means that is not possible to
open the covers without using any tools)

Having IP 3X protection degree
2. Cable compartment
Cable compartment is located at the bottom of the cubicle. It contains switching
devices, measuring transformers., HV fuses, earthing devices, support insulators
according to the functional type of the cubicle. Incoming / outgoing MV cable connection of the cubicle is made in this
compartment. The door has an inspection window. And also;
Procudure based accessible compartment with regard to accessibility, (it means
that it is possible to open the covers without using any tools)

Having IP 3X protection degree
3. Low voltage compartmentLow voltage compartment is located on the front - top of the cubicle having IP3X
protection degree.
According to the functional type of the cubicle, it contains, protection relays, LV
fuses, measurment instruments, auxilary relays, miniature circuit breakers, terminal
arrays, AC/DC supply, etc.
4. Operating mechanism compartment
Operating mechanism compartment is located on the front of the cubicle. According
to the functional type of the cubicle it contains; disconnector mechanism, switch-disconnector mechanism and same interlocking metal parts.
Circuit breakers has own mechanism, separately.
All metal parts of the operating mechanism are protected agains to corrosion.

Functioning concept:
DYA 36 - X4 switches are made of an epoxy cast
resin housing lled with SF6 gas at the pressure of
150 kPa abs., operative life sealed. (Standard IEC
60265-1)
The moving contact are xed on the insulated
rotary shaft inside the cast resin body, while the -
xed contacts are mounted directly on the cast resin
body. The rotary motion of the shaft is made by an ope-
rating mechanism placed on the front. The switch
has three different positions: closed, open and eart-
hed, which naturally prevent any wrong operations.

interrupters do not contain ionisable material. In any
case, on separation of the contacts a metal vapour arc is
generated made up exclusively of melted and vaporised
contact material.
The metal vapour only remains supported by the
external energy until the current is cancelled in the
vicinity of natural zero. At that instant, the rapid reductionin the load density carried and the rapid condensation
of the metallic vapour, leads to extremely rapid dielectric
recovery.
The vacuum interrupter therefore recovers the
insulating capacity and the capacity to withstand the
transient return voltage, denitively extinguishing the arc.
Since high dielectric strength can be reached in the vacuum, even with minimum distances,
interruption of the circuit is also guaranteed when separation of the contacts takes place a few
milliseconds before passage of the current through natural zero.
The special contacts design and material, as well as the limited duration and low voltage of the arc,guarantee minimum contact wear and long life. Furthermore, the vacuum prevents their oxidation and
contamination.
Operating mechanism:
The low speed of the contacts, together with the reduced run and low mass, limit the energy required
for the operation and therefore guarantee extremely limited wear of the system. The circuit breaker is
therefore limited in maintenance.
The DV Y5 - DV X5 circuit breakers use a mechanical operating mechanism, with stored energy and
free release. These characteristics allow opening and closing operations
independent of the operator. The DV Y5 - DV X5 circuit breaker operating mechanism is of simple
conception and use and can be customised with a wide range of accessories which are easy and rapidto install. This simplicity converts into greater reliability of the apparatus.

Introduction:
Demita SF6 gas circuit breakers are p roduced in
accordance with TSE 3039 also they have been tested at
CESI laboratory according to IEC 62271-100 and they
have the test certicate.
Presentation:
Demita SF6 gas circuit breakers are suitable for all
system requirements up to 36 kV rated voltage,
1250 A rated current. Sulphur hexauoride for insulationand breaking is used in Demita SF6 gas circuit breakers.
The extinguishing chamber and components are kept
in a sealed pressure system type envelopes with high
insulation.
SF6 Gas and interrupting system:
SF6 gas has very delectric and normally it is (without the
effect of the electrial arc) non - toxic, odourless and has
electronegative fast regeneration features. The dielectric
strength of SF6 gas atmospheric pressure is appox. 2,5 or
2,6 times more than the air.
Circuit breaker pole:
The pole enclosures are produced from epoxy resin which has overpressure security factor higher than 10
times of the operational pressure. In the pole enclosures, the xed contacts are at the top. The gas
leakages are kept at minimum level to ensure the operational security during the life of the pole. Measuring
the internal pressure, as needed ingas lling and gas addition operations, can be contolled with a valve
which is installed on the pole cover. The arc breaking system is self blowing (PUFFER) type. The pole
internal gas pressure is 1,5 - 3,5 bars. During the arc interrupting, pressure increases momentary just a little.
In the event of overpressure in a pole, the bottom cover will break at 1/3 of pole witstand pressure, allowing
excess pressure to escape instantaneously. In order to neutralise the chemical products which were created
during breaking, molecular sieves are put in the poles.

The resin insulated voltage transformers are used for the feeding ofmeasuring instruments and protection. They are suitable either for
xed installation or mounted on withdrawable trucks. They comply with
IEC 60044 - 2 Standards. The dimensions of the xed version comply
with DIN standards 42600 Narrow Type. The withdrawable version
equipped with fuses is custom made. The voltage transformers can be
tted either with one or two poles. Their performances and precision
classes comply with the functional requirements of the apparatus they
are connected to. The withdrawable version is equipped with medium
voltage protection fuses, their replacement can be carried out while the
switchboard is in service.
Current transformersThe current transformers are resin insulated and suitable for the
feeding of measuring instruments and protections. These transformers
can have a wound core or bushing bar with one or more cores. Their
performances and precision classes comply with the apparatus
requirements.
The current transformers comply with IEC 60044 - 1 Standard. Their
dimensions meet the requirements of DIN 42600 Standards. The
current transformers can be equipped also with a capacitive socket for
being connected to voltage indicator lambs.
Toroidal current transformersThe toroidal current transformers are resin insulated and suitable for
the feeding of measuring instruments and protection. These
transformers can have a ring or a split core. Their performances and
precision classes comply with the apparatus requirements. They are
suitable both for measuring phase currents and determining earth fault
currents. They meet the requirements of IEC 60044 - 1 Standards.
Protection relayDMC Series switchboards can be equipped with different brand relay
