Normal production time is four weeks. During peak periods, production time may take up to 5 weeks. Deliveries which are not on

regular delivery routes, may require delayed scheduling until a truck is routed to that area.

Monday through Friday 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P. M. Central Standard time.

O F F I C E H O U R S :

All orders must be mailed, emailed or faxed (telephone orders will not be processed). A layout drawing is helpful, however W. W.

Wood Products Inc. does not check layout for accuracy. Detailed drawings of specialty cabinets are required for production. W. W.

Wood Products Inc. will be responsible for items listed on order form only.

O R D E R P L A C E M E N T :

Upon entry of your order you will receive by fax, or email, an order confi rmation. This confi rmation will state a tentative ship date in

the “Ship Date” section.

Seven to ten days prior to shipment, you will receive a shipping confi rmation by fax or email. This will list the specifi c week your

order will arrive.

Twenty-four hours prior to delivery, you will be contacted by the delivery driver. They will schedule a specifi c time of arrival for your

order.

The use of P.O. numbers, are required. A unique P.O. number must be used for each individual order. P.O. numbers must be 12 digits

or less. Each order processed has an original confi rmation number and it is the responsibility of our customers to review and verify

each order. W.W. Wood Products Inc. will not be responsible for the duplication of orders.

P U R C H A S E O R D E R N U M B E R :

After orders are entered for production, confi rmation will be faxed, or emailed to customers. “No Charge” order changes or

cancelations will be allowed for 24 hours from the time the original confi rmation was faxed, or emailed from our offi ce. After the

fi rst 24 hours (24-48 hours from original confi rmation), items that need to be changed or canceled must be canceled on the original

order and placed on a new order. There will be a 35% charge for each item requiring a change or cancellation. No part, or parts of the

canceled or changed cabinet will be shipped. Cancellations must be submitted in writing accompanied by signature of salesperson.

All cabinets are custom cabinets, and manufactured by individual orders. No changes or cancellations will be made after the 48 hour

waiting period.

G U A R A N T E E :

W.W. Wood Products Inc, manufacturer of Davanti Closets, guarantees its cabinets to remain free from defects in material and

workmanship under normal residential use, for a period of one year from date of purchase.

Within the warranty period, W.W. Wood Products agrees to repair, FOB its factory, or furnish without charge FOB its material or

workmanship within said period. All defective items must be returned to the factory before replacement or credit will be issued.

This warranty does not cover products that have had normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper installation,

exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, cleaned improperly, or been changed or modifi ed. In addition, variations in color

and grain pattern are natural characteristics of wood and are not covered by this warranty.

In no event shall this warranty cover the cost of installation, removal, or replacement, subsequent damage to other products used in

conjunction with Davanti Closets.

This warranty is non-transferable and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

W.W. Wood Products Inc. reserves the right to discontinue models and/or make changes in price, material, equipment and

specifi cations at any time without written notice.

All accounts must complete proper credit information before open account is granted.

All accounts must complete a detailed location map to delivery location.

All accounts must provide proper tax exemption forms before a tax exempt status may be achieved.

All accounts must have an established line of credit and be in good standing to place order and receive merchandise. Standard terms

are net 10 days. Invoices overdue in excess of 15 calender days will result in automatic termination of open account status.

Shipping on catalog items delivered on W. W. Wood Products Inc. trucks, or dedicated carriers will be shipped at pricing listed in

catalog.

General delivery will be via our truck.

When delivery to retail outlet via our truck, dealer must provide a representative to sign for and receive order. Delivery is

to tailgate only, and assistance is required unloading inside the truck due to weight. Any items signed for and accepted

become the responsibility of the buyer. Any damaged or missing items must be noted at time of delivery. If trucks are not

unloaded within a one hour window, a demurrage fee will be applied.

Available UPS items will have actual shipping charges added to the price of the order.

SPECIFICATIONS & CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

All shelves, unless otherwise specified are fully adjustable, full depth shelves. Adjustable shelves are constructed of 3/4” particleboard.

Davanti closet cabinets are not freestanding pieces of furniture. Follow industry standard practices for installing cabinet cases,

including, but not limited to: secure fastening directly to wall studs or similar permanent structures through hanging rails inside of

cabinet, using proper mounting hardware of adequate strength and length. For wood studs, we recommend #8 x 2 ½” low profile

washer head cabinet screws or similar. For metal, brick or concrete installation, consult an installation professional to identify the

proper fasteners. Failure to properly install cabinet cases could result in an unsafe tipping hazard or damage to cabinet and property.

All drawer sides are 1/2” particle board mounted with precision steel ball bearing full extension side mount guides.

Cabinets are assembled using doweled construction. Side, top & bottom panels are 3/4” thick particle board.
