Marina Systems is a young and dynamic Italian

company.

It produces and sells lawn mowers for professional

and domestic use.

Its products are at the highest level of quality and

performance in the market.

Marina Systems headquarters are based in CISANO

Bergamasco, Bergamo, Italy.

Marina Systems was founded in early 90s bt Mr. Pierluigi Rivolta.

Started as a lawn mowers manufacturer, the company expanded in 2001 from

7.000 covered square meters to 17.000 covered square meters expanding also

its products range, offering today a wide range of machines for the garden care

and outdoor maintenance with the goal of giving a better and faster service to its

customers.

Capillarity, service, customer care and warehouse automation brought Marina to its

actual relevant position in the Lawn Mower Market in Europe.

Proud of its 100% MADE IN ITALY products, Marina Systems is always trying to

innovate and to discover new products.

Customer satisfaction and customer focus are two driving values of the company,

shown even by the warehouse with all spare parts of 25 years of production.

The Company and its working team commitment for the future is to continue with

All our products are severely tested and approved for conformity, the tests are done for security and safety of the end user.

Sphere test: this test method consist in throwing 100 hardened steel balls under the operating mower, no holes has to occur in the cutting-means enclosures, guards or grass catcher wich has allowed a ball to pass through. No deformations shall occurs, no dislodging of the grass catcher or guard nor any opening of a zipper or eam of the grass catcher.

Impact test: A steel bar is pushed under the mower blade that is blocked and has to remain in place without braking.

Noise test: Machinery must be designed and constructed in such a way that risks resulting from the emission of airborne noise are reduced to the lowest level. The level of noise is assessed with specific instruments.

Vibration test: Machinery must be designed and constructed in such a way that risks resulting from vibrations produced by the machinery are reduced to the lowest level. The level of vibrations is assessed with specific instruments.

Risk Analisys: many other tests are conducted to verify essential health and safety requirements to prevent hazardous injuries.

Warranty

Standing behind our products for more than 25 years.

WARRANTY service is available only through Marina Authorized Service Dealers. This warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper use or abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or normal wear and tear, or stale or unapproved fuel Improper Use and Abuse. Using the product in a way not described in the Operator’s Manual or using the product after it has been damaged will not be covered under this warranty. Warranty coverage will also not be provided if the serial number on the product has been removed or the product has been altered or modified in any way, or if the product has evidence of abuse such as impact damage or water/chemical corrosion damage.

Improper Maintenance or Repair - The service parts must be maintained according to the procedures and schedules provided in the Operator’s Manual and serviced or repaired using genuine MA.RI.NA. Systems parts. Damage caused by lack of maintenance or use of non-original parts is not covered by warranty.

Normal Wear - Like most mechanical devices, the service parts is subject to wear even when properly maintained. This warranty does not cover replacement or repairs when normal use has exhausted the life of a part or the equipment, unless the cause is due to defects in material or workmanship. Equipment damage caused by stale fuel or the use of unapproved fuels (such as E15 or E85 ethanol blends) is not covered by warranty. Other Exclusions - This warranty excludes damage due to accident, abuse, modifications, alterations, improper servicing, freezing or chemical deterioration. This warranty does not include engines. This warranty also excludes failures due to acts of God and other force majeure events beyond the manufacturer’s control.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to MARINA SYSTEMS Warranty Department or to an Authorized Service Dealer. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. The marina SYSTEMS cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products accepted for repair has to be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

a) Warranty is valid for 24 month for domestic use and 12 month for professional use.

b) Engine warranty will be managed by the engine producer.

The purchaser must save his proof of purchase receipt. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the first retail or commercial consumer. “Consumer use” means personal residential household use by a retail consumer. “Commercial use” means all other uses, including use for commercial, income producing or rental purposes. Once a product has experienced commercial use, it shall thereafter be considered as a commercial use product for purposes of this warranty.

SPEEDY B GX MULCH SB GRINDER

The mulching blade cuts and re-cuts the grass clipping into tiny particles. The lawn gets a steady natural diet with each cut, rather than periodic high doses of chemical fertilisers.

Available in three models:

SPEEDY: small, agile, light and robust. 39 cm cutting width, front side and back side bull bar to avoid carte impact and ease the transport of this fantastic mulching mower.

BIOMULCH: 2 in 1 system with side discharge, central height adjustment system, ergonomic handle bar with quick release system.

GRINDER: a true innovation in mulching mowers, it can be used even on high grass. 235 mm zincked metals wheels equipped with sealed double bearings, ergonomic handle bar, double cutting blade system. Available as push mower or self propelled, front wheel drive traction or back wheel drive traction or even 4 wheel drive traction control. Drive shaft protection system and centralized height adjustment system. The front side bull bar is both a protection and a steady handle to carry the mower (see page 38).

For a lawn without thatch and moss.

MA.RI.NA. aerators allow an optimal oxygenation and allow depositing of key nutrients.

Designed to cut through the soil, helping to remove dead moss and other debris like grass cuttings. The cutting action of the tool, either powered by electricity or petrol engine, also helps to aerate the soil, making it healthier, (almost) weed free and longer lasting.

Available in two sizes 39 cm or 49 cm.

On 390 models we equipped a 16 fixed blades scarifier shaft.

On 500 models we equipped a floating blades scarifier shaft.

As an optional you can choose to fit on 500 models a 19 fixed blades scarifier shaft or on both models you can choose to fit a spring aerator shaft (see page 39).

All models are equipped with a precision graft ergonomic lever close to the operator for easy access and millimetric regulation of the working depth.

If dead grass cuttings and moss are allowed to sit on the lawn’s surface (Before) it can prevent rain water from draining deep under the ground where it’s needed the most. This can lead to more moss growth.

Using the S500 regularly removes the moss and tatch (After) and by cutting through the soil helps to remove dead moss and other debris like grass cuttings.
