as marketing and customer support division of the Company which in turn will

B. The company proposes to set up two more offices in strategically selected Locations – at Wisconsin in the USA, and at Toronto in Canada and also improve the existing infrastructure facilities in exiting offices in US.

C. The Company also proposes to set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai considering emerging opportunities in healthcare services considering the facts that that Most of the population in the gulf region comprises expatriates who are opting for health insurance polices to cover polices to cover their health care costs.

This opens up a plethora of opportunities for health centers in the region, and also

requires them to maintain full records for the purpose of medical billing and coding.

The Company already has its presence in the region with its strategic collaboration with AL Faisaliah Medical Systems, a branch of AL Faisaliah Group Holding Co. Ltd., one of the leading business groups of Saudi Arabia.

Part of the company’s funds will be sued for establishing the said subsidiary in Dubai, which will be useful for capturing untapped markets potentials in that region and also

will act as customer support division of the company to the company to provide better

services to existing of clients of the company in that region.
