mod. AM MANUAL Galvanized & painted structureThe hose reels of the range AM are suitable to distribute air for professional use. These hose reels are portable but they are also suitable for installation in both fixed andremovable position (see A). The metallic structure protects the drum and can be used to carry the hose reel. The drum is made of hot-galvanized steel. The hose reels arecoated with electrostatic polyester powder resistant to UV rays.The handle for the hose rewinding can be easily folded against the drum to minimise space.The hose supplied is made of polyurethane / thermoplastic material reinforced with a textile braid.The models with distribution hose are supplied complete with a 2 m flexible hose for the connection to the system.

The automatic hose reels model MP are suitable to distribute air for professional use. The hose reels rewind automatically the hose by a spring located in the drum. Thehose can be stopped at the desired length. The hot-galvanized steel structure is moulded and coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistant to UV rays. The parts incontact with the fluid are all made with material resistant to corrosion.The incorporated revolving bracket permits the orientation of the hose reels in order to follow hose direction.The hose reels are supplied complete with distribution and connection polyurethane hoses reinforced with a textile braid.These hose reels can be used as balancers for pneumatic tools (see A).

The automatic hose reels of the range VL are suitable for transferring fluids at several pressures and temperatures. The hose reels rewind automatically the hose by a springlocated in the drum. The hose can be stopped at the desired length. The hot-galvanized steel structure is moulded and coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistantto UV rays. The parts in contact with the fluid are specially treated to improve resistance to corrosion.The special open construction allows an easy assembly and replacement of the hose and permits control of the rewinding. The hose-guide arms can be fixed in three differentpositions according to the hose reel installation (see A-B-C).The range is divided into several models depending on hose diameters and lengths. At request, versions equipped with special hoses can be supplied.Optional: lateral protective covers, flexible hose for the connection to the system and revolving stand.

The inner componentsof the hose reel and those which go in contact with the fluid are produced by a special plastic composite material.The incorporated revolving support allows the orientation of the hose reels in order to guide its direction.The hose reels are supplied complete with the distribution polyurethane hose reinforced with a textile braid. This distribution hose is available with two different diameters.Furthermore these models are supplied with an additional connecting flexible hose 1 m long.

The hose can be stopped at the desired length. The stainless steel structure is moulded and resistant to chemical products and detergents. The inner componentsof the hose reel and those which go in contact with the fluid are produced by a special plastic composite material.The incorporated revolving support allows the orientation of the hose reels in order to guide its direction.The hose reels are supplied complete with the distribution polyurethane hose reinforced with a textile braid. This distribution hose is available with two different diameters.Furthermore these models are supplied with an additional connecting flexible hose 1 m long.

The hosereels rewind automatically the hose by a spring located on the body-side. The hose can be stopped at the desired length. Thanks to the structure made of stainless steeltype AISI 304, these hose reels are the most suitable for environments requiring a good resistance to corrosion and particularly food factories. They can be used in bigkitchens, slaughter houses, dairies, chemical and pharmaceutics industries, swimming pools. The drum rotates on ball bearings to reduce friction and to improvefunctionality.The hose-guide arm can be fixed in three different positions according to the hose reel installation (see A-B-C).The models with distribution hose are supplied complete with the flexible hose for the connection to the system.Optional: revolving stand.

This special equipment is designed for supporting, curtains which are employed for separating workingareas, by a steel cable incorporated in the reel.The device consists of a revolving arm which is able to turn on itself of 180° and must be fixed on the wall, a steel cable reel, a positioning handgrip and a tensioning leverwhich must be fixed on the opposite wall of the reel.This equipment can be utilized to split working places such as car wash, greasing,grinding and spray painting areas, to delimitate welding department and temporary workplaces in workshops or even in sport centres where different sports are practiced… etc.
