In the small village of L'Albagés, Grup
Pons cultivates 1000 acres of
Arbequina olive trees under the strict
regulations of certi�ed organic farming.
An extreme continental climate with
cold winters and extremely dry and hot
summers are the de�ning identity signs
of the olives that are ground in our mill.
�e tiny arbequina olives are hand
picked on our terraced lands and ground
in our three-granite-stone mill on the
same day they are harvested, in order to
preserve their maximum essence and
�eshness. Respecting traditional
processing methods, these oils are
cold-extracted through a double
centrifuge spinner.
�e result is an extraordinary green-gold
liquid with high density, aroma and
�uity �avour which will be bottled
under our yearly collections known as
Family Reserve and Primum Oleum.

Obtained from our estate in the village of L'Albagés. �e Pons family selects the olives, from
the December harvest, which are at their optimal ripeness to elaborate this excellent Classic
Extra Virgin.
A delicate, aromatic and well-balanced extra virgin, with a slight almond �avour and a
maximum acidity of 0,25º.
CLASSIC
EARLY HARVESTIs an un�ltered extra virgin, masterfully made with green olives harvested during the �rst
days of November. Due to their low level of ripeness, they must be harvested by hand and
their yield is very low.
It is a highly scented, dense, deeply fruity oil of a bright green, with a spicy touch. Its acidity
does not exceed 0,25º.
ORGANICMade exclusively from olives cultivated without the use of any chemical treatments, meeting
each and every one of the speci�cations set out by the CCPAE (Consell Català de la Producció
Agrària Ecològica) and the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture). �is practice
of organic agriculture in our estates of L’Albagés is greatly aided by the natural contours of the
surrounding hills that protect them from the risk of contamination by non-organically grown
crops, which may be cultivated on nearby properties. �e extreme temperature and climate
also serve to protect the crops from disease. �is special olive oil is well-balanced, fruity, with
an intense green colour and a maximum acidity of 0,25 º.
Estate HarvestFAMILY RESERVE
Year a�er year, one of the most awaited moments for the Pons family is the beginning of
the new olive oil crop. A memory that comes alive every twelve months is characterized
by the perfume and �agrance that shows the oil �om the initial hours of milling.
�is oil is obtained �om olives harvested in the �rst 48 hours of elaboration �om our
farms and mill in L'Albagés town. �ese Arbequina olives are small, low yield, bright
green colour are manually harvested during late October with a maximum degree of
�eshness and liveliness.
�is is a delight of Limited Production, only the exclusive oil of high intensity
corresponding to the beginning of each harvest is produced. It is an extra virgin of
maximum expression, with intense shades of green, �esh aroma and sharp scent of
�eshly cut grass.
Its taste is lively and spicy, an explosion of sensations.

Sherry Vinegar
MAS PORTELL is a superior quality vinegar that comes from the home of the best sherry, in
Jerez, Spain. Jerez is one of the oldest Spanish wine producing areas. From the same
Palomino grapes, its fermented juice is soured and aged using the traditional method of
"soleras & criaderas", a blending process which gives the vinegar its style and consistency. �e
traditional method takes its name from the barrels closest to the �oor from which the �nal
blend is taken.
MAS PORTELL Sherry Vinegar is aged for 50 years in barrels made from American oak and
its acidity is 8°.
AGED SHERRY VINEGAR - 50 Year Reserve
�e “Denomination of Origin” from the Jerez region in the South of Spain, guarantees the
quality and origin of ROMULO Sherry Vinegar. From Palomino grapes, typical of Cádiz,

ROMULO Sherry Vinegar is aged for eight years in American white oak wooden barrels,

by hand during the month of September and are packed in brine solution.

MAS PORTELL & ROMULO Capers and Caperberries are carefully hand picked between
late spring and early summer from the “Capparis Spinosa” plant. �is wild bush grows in the
Mediterranean regions of Spain.
�e caper is the blossom bud of this plant and is picked during the months of June, July and August.
From the same bush, a�er blooming, the caperberry fruit develops. Hand picked and naturally
fermented is the process which guarantees its delicate texture, green color and unique �avor.
