Case Study

A major SI was managing a very large imple-

mentation of FSCM PeopleSoft Suite with

a high level of customization. The overall

Technical Quality of the application was

at risk, with the highest concerns around

Performance and Security. The SI had also

identified risks in Transferability, Changeability

and Robustness.

With analysis provided by CAST AIP, includ-

ing version to version trends, team productiv-

ity and required QA effort, the SI was able to

remediate most significant structural issues

and show an immediate performance in-

crease. They also established the framework

for a Structural Quality Gate using insights
