• Principles of Electrical Diagnosis This course aims at expanding technician’s knowledge of electrical diagnostics, to ultimately provide more profitable billing hours and increase customer satisfaction.

• Modern Ignition Technologies With ignition systems changing (forced induction, direct fuel injection, lean operating strategies, etc.), the latest diagnostic strategies are applied to reduce time spent on ignition-related repairs.

• Advanced Drivability Emissions Training Diagnostic processes for wideband and AFR sensors presented in this course are relevant to today’s advances in the emission systems.

• EVAP Purge / Seal Systems This course discusses in detail the often-misunderstood evaporative emissions system with focus on the purge/seal style EVAP system.

First Thursday every month: Training videos for immediate answers to current issues. NGK Spark Plugs’ YouTube channel, hosted by ASE Master and L1 Certified technicians, provides concise training videos in the implementation of different techniques and tools for more efficient diagnostics. Tune in to live videos scheduled the first Thursday of each month and be involved in real-time chat to gain answers from the community.
