THE CHALLENGEThe administration of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Foreign Military Financing (FMF) programsinvolve the management of substantial amounts of funds and requires coordination between a myriad

of U.S. Government (USG) agencies and organizations, as well as with partner nations defenseministries.
