shoulder strap (optional) while dancing. In this manner, the kids are involved mentally and

physically while they experience the adventure of music. 100 tones, 30 accompaniments

    Audio input

The audio input is intended for use with an external sound source such as

a CD or Mp3 player. Using the loud speaker of the keyboard, a rehearsal

song is played in the background and an appropriate keyboard part is

played by the pupil. The jack for connecting an Mp3 player presents

a progressive, euphonic alternative to MIDI playback (especially if the

song is not to be edited). So for musicians who like to play along or

sing along (karaoke) this is definitely the solution of the future.

PRACTICE & PLEASUREThe visual lesson system by CASIO is based upon the principle of learning by playing. The

lighting keys are at the core of this concept, accompanied by useful playing aides. In the 2008

model generation, the lighting key lesson system has once again been improved decisively.

As in traditional music education, the rehearsal tune is now divided into individual phrases

    and then studied in steps:

    Step 1: LISTENING

The pupil repeatedly hears the relevant phrase and develops

    a feeling for the tune.

    Step 2: SEEING

The player follows the lighting keys, the correct fingering is

shown on the large LCD. Playback will be delayed until the

    right key is played.

    Step 3: MEMORISING

The player plays the phrase by heart. Only when no key is

pressed will the lighting key function become active after a while.
