Job Purpose: Ideal candidates will be friendly and outgoing, have previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service with excellent customer service and cash handling skills. Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs. repeatedly, willing to work evenings and weekends, and have Serving it Right certificate. Job Responsibilities: Our expectations of you . . . Our Customers will be your first priority. You have an interest in the products that we carry and can speak knowledgably about craft beer, wines and spirits. You have a genuine interest in sharing your passion with our customers to help guide their choices and keep them informed on the newest products and our best offerings. You are keen to learn more through ongoing training at work as well as trying out new products whenever possible. You take pride in maintaining the store’s visual presentation and housekeeping standards. You have impeccable cash handling skills and can strictly adhere to our Loss Prevention Policy and Procedures. Most importantly, you are reliable and hardworking with a positive, collaborative attitude. Required Education, Skills and Qualifications: WSET, ISG or a beer Cicerone Certificate Working conditions: Full time night from 3-11pm as well expect to work holidays.
