Define the Team structure within team for IT DR activities Define Roles & Responsibility for IT DR project team Prepared the necessary documentation for IT DR. Plan & Conduct the first DR drill with for INDIA operations Integrate Change Management Process. Set Program Management approach for continues Improvement for next 3 years.
