Experience Generally speaking, the Arena Hospitality Group has access to an excellent European sales network, but understands that participating in the innovative HRS Marketplace is an additional sales advantage: “Of course, it would be wrong to build on this program alone, but in concert with our own activities, the result is a well-rounded package that we can rely on long-term”, explains Christopher Schulz.

The Senior Regional Sales Manager Corporate & MICE values the straightforward exchange with his HRS contacts of many years’ standing, as well as the additional information that he regularly receives under the terms of the arrangement: “The reports containing market data, such as benchmarks relating to prices on the market, customer needs and market share, help us to analyse the market and develop new strategies”, says Schulz.
