The Company has a pan-India presence and employs over 1500+ Field staff to server over one million+ farmers across India.

In Current scenario the field staff calls the call center and gets their details registered.

After a small pilot, it was decided to make use of technology to built an E-CRM solution to help the field staff serve their customers.
