SOLUTIONEngagethestakeholders.Stayoptimistic.Gostep-by-step.TerrysupportedandaugmentedthevisionofthebuyersastheycreatedCornerstoneBusinessPark,anindustrialandofficebusinesspark.Withaspacespreadingover167acres,noone“magicbullet”solutionwouldresolvetheconcernsofallparties.Wemetwithcityofficialsanxioustoreplacethelostincomeandarrangedforarealestatetaxabatementonacase-by-casebasisfornewtenants.Wemadebestuseofthelocation’srailonsiteandstrategicplacementnexttohighwaystoattracttenants.
