KEY FEATURES Central Processing Platform (CCP):The CCP, weighing 21.000t, will be used for processing and piping ashore the oil and gas. Depth: 38.50m Width: 46.70m Length: 74.30m

Riser Block (RB):The RB platform will connect the infield pipelines with export pipelines.

CHALLENGES

Being a well-known and experienced offshore HVAC supplier, Heinen & Hopman was introduced by LUKOIL to take part in the basic design in partnership with the design company and owner. The purpose of the project was to achievethe highest focus on:

1. Quality2. Functionality3. Comfort

SOLUTIONS

Heinen & Hopman participated in the EPC of the HVAC systems for the Central Processing Platform [CCP] and the Riser Block [RB]. The air cooled compressor sets are designed to withstand the harsh summer and winter conditions and are especially designed to meet the requirements of classification and end-user. These units are standardized for this purpose and can be installed on all similar projects.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

LUKOIL completed the installation of substructures for the ice-resistant fixed platform (IRSP), central processing platform, platform with living quarters and riser block at the V. Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea. This means that all major construction work, which was scheduled at the field at first, was successfully completed. Start of production at the V. Filanovsky field is scheduled at the beginning of 2016 and target output should exceed of 6 million tons per year. Central processing platform:

technological facilities of CPP provide the treatment of stock tank oil of 6 mln tons per year, of sea water and brine water and of associated gas of 731 million cubic meters per year. Riser block is purposed for the placement of oil pipeline risers – 10 pieces, cable lines – 8 pieces, placement of startup chambers and receiver chambers and of flare installation.
