The Goodman Solution Throughout the design and construction process, New Zealand Post had direct input into the quality, financial and design aspects of its new facilities. A very large 16,450 sqm site allowing for water solar heating, occupancy sensors, zoned lighting and extensive glazing to reduce power consumption. The premises have been future proofed with the option of increasing stud height and allowing additional staff amenities and car parking to be added.
