Goals and learning?+ Good collaboration between the companies from start to finish

+ Consumption monitoring working and in use

+ Many Smart Grids –solutions combined into one building successfully.

+ Large part of the systems have been welcome

+ High quality insulation decreases the heating costs significantly

+ Would be cheaper next time, also education in the companies (ABB, BaseN)

- Electricity consumption of the whole building HIGHER than mostly equivalent, neighbouring buildings

- Residents interest in monitoring energy use questionable in the long run- Problems with the right indoor temperature (heating adjustments)- Electric car remained only as a 1-year pilot- Board of Directors have been working sometimes in excess
