WHEREFORE, Morris Nichols respectfully requests that this Court: (a) allow
Morris Nichols (i) interim compensation in the amount of $14,230.50 for actual, reasonable and
necessary professional services rendered on behalf of the Committee during the period April 1,
2015 through April 30, 2015, and (ii) interim reimbursement in the amount of $360.91 for actual,
reasonable and necessary expenses incurred during the same period; (b) authorize and direct the
Debtor to pay to Morris Nichols the amount of $11,745.31, which is equal to the sum of 80% of
Morris Nichols allowed interim compensation for the period ($11,384.40), and 100% of Morris
Nichols allowed expense reimbursement for the period ($360.91); and (c) grant such other and
further relief as is just and proper.
