ACS has a qualified team of mechanical and electrical design engineers, designers, electricians, machinists, and welders to provide functional, flexible, and serviceable equipment solutions.

ACS offers a variety of equipment solutions for transporting engines or other devices under test from the assembly line or rigging area to the test cell. Carts or pallets can be moved by conveyor systems, powered with built-in motors, or moved manually with aid of forklift or tugger.

ACS products range from carts for fully automated production test cells to pallets or dollies for applications requiring manual movement of the article under test. Sizes range from carts that can be pushed by hand to carts that handle payloads of 20 tons.

In the test cell, ACS carts or pallets can be docked and secured by hydraulic systems that are integrated with the dynamometer riser or have self-contained docking receiver systems. For production environments, ACS carts or pallets can be fully automated to increase throughput and minimize cycle time. For R&D or lower volume applications, these systems can be manually operated.
