We house a total of 13 carton finishing machines in our 14,000 square foot facility in the heart of the Midlands, with easy access to major motorways for logistical convenience.

Our Machinery

Carton Edge have in excess of 24 floor staff operating to two shift patterns, meaning our production team are capable of those quick-turnaround jobs.

Our Staff

4 and 6 corner gluing Straight line gluing, Complex gluing, Window patching, Pick and place windowing, Die cutting and creasing Tray forming (or nesting), Hand finishing, Labelling and over-labelling, Carton Edging.

All of the above are for carton board, corrugated board and plastic (PET/Polypropylene) sheets.

We offer you your own Account Manager, who will keep you updated on every production detail.

We even ensure your needs are looked after by following up on all outwork placed with us to ensure full satisfaction from you, your Quality Assurance Manager and your client. Your satisfaction is our success story, and we pride ourselves to deliver outstanding service and finished goods.

Our Promise

Our pricing is always based per thousand cartons finished. You will receive one price, whether we are sourcing material, providing additional finishing techniques, such as die cutting, creasing and gluing, as so to keep it plain and simple. Any other extras required by yourselves will be listed on your quotation received from our Commercial Manager, Tom Murphy or Sales Manager, Emma Tomlinson.
