Carevium Assisted Living Software is a cloud based platform for Assisted Living communities and Residential Care homes. Carevium includes comprehensive Assessment modules for Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessment, Clinical / health assessment, Fall risk assessment, etc. Carevium assessments are based on tablet centric design for use at point-of-care by RNs and other nursing staff. Resident assessments - move-in and admission time, routine and adhoc - can be carried out in a paperless manner by avoiding errors. Past assessments can be accessed and viewed in a few taps and current assessments can be updated and printed easily. Information collected in the Resident Assessments are automatically fed into the Service Plan management module and helps reduce ton of manual work. Assessment templates can be custom configured for each facility based on the level of care and services provided.
