Our mission at CareerSafe® is to deliver Safety Education for America’s Future. Through our interactive, online training courses, we teach students how to reduce the risks associated with workplace and cyber safety hazards while providing useful information that will prepare these young men and women for a safe and prosperous future. By providing these individuals, particularly high school students, with fundamental safety knowledge, our program brings the significance of safety to the forefront. CareerSafe® is currently available in all fifty U.S. states and is in use by over 4,000 high schools nationwide.

Since we believe in the importance of safety training for every students, we are committed to delivering the CareerSafe® program at a reasonable cost to students, educators and schools. The cost of a CareerSafe® Cybersecurity Essentials for Work course is $5 per student. This training series is also available as a site license to train an entire school at $499. • Explain the considerations when sending sensitive information by email, storing it on a shared server, and maintaining physical copies.

• Describe the importance of situational awareness and maintaining physical security of the workplace.• Recall best practices to keep your information secure when outside the office.• Define the internet of things (IoT) and cyber hygiene.• Identify how the use of common, every day devices can pose cyber security risks to both yourself and your

employer.• Describe good cyber hygiene practices when using connected devices.• Explain instances where IoT and business intersects.• Select good cybersecurity approaches.
