To keep London moving forward, it takes over 27,000 staff to make it all happen so TfL invests as much in its people as it does in London’s infrastructure. There are not many other organisations that give graduates the opportunity to see the impact their work has on the capital city. They could be engineers or quantity surveyors; go into general, project or information management; have the analytical skills for transport planning or traffic control; or support the business through procurement and marketing. TfL will give successful applicants responsibility early on, no matter which scheme they choose.
