New York State’s capital project development authorityThe Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) is a public benefit corporation that provides financing and construction services to the health and education institutions that strengthen New York State’s communities. DASNY is among the largest issuers of low-cost, tax-exempt bonds in the nation and one of its biggest public builders.

DASNY employs a wide range of skilled professionals to carry out its mission at four main offices in Albany, New York City, Buffalo and Rochester. Our public finance analysts support the State’s efforts to transform health care and increase access to quality care, as well as strengthen New York’s educational system from kindergarten through the highest levels of academia. facility is the highest value project in DASNY’s history.

provides to hospitals, nursing homes and other organizations

enables the transformation of health care delivery across New York State.
